I had extend my services with society motors after paying Rs.900. They assure me that they will be same as they were in warranty period but it was fake. I went to service centre on 24th of may 2010 for servicining. After the service my bike battery stops charging next day I complain it to society but they would not entertain me an without checking they said it is the problem of battery and you have to go to exide battery service centre. Next day I visited exide battery service centre they checked my battery and said it is OK. BAJAJ technician make you fool, to get out of this matter. I again went to society motors for the same, at this time after requesting many people they decided to check the fault and then they found cable break connecting with the charger to the battery. Inspite of chaning the cable they connected it by cutting it & make it direct. I told them that pls change the cable and don't do this temporary arrangement, they said it is ok.On this process the body of my pulsar is damaged. My question is why this things are happened ? who will be responsible for that and who will pay for this ? Kindly confirm.
By giving this kind of service they are making slur on the name of BAJAJ.
Kindly pls revert on my cell and resolve my problem asap. I will be waiting. If I don't get any responce then I have to think in different way.
