[Resolved]  Reliance CDMA Prepaid — Balance deducted

hello, I m Arun a reliance prepaid mobile customer. I have two reliance cdma prepaid numbers [protected] (meerut region UP) , [protected] (Delhi region). My balance was deducted from both of numbers several time on the name of services activated by reliance themselve on my numbers. These services were not activated by me. But if i complaint to customer care, they say that I have requested for these services and therefore the balance is deducted from my mobile. These unnecessary services are 'mantra' , request for radio subscriber, reliance caller tune. These were automatically set on my mobile. On requesting reliance for refunding my money to my prepaid mobile account, reliance is simply denying for it. For about five times it has been done with me. About Rs. 200 has been deducted from both numbers. How can i get my money back. Please help me.

I know I am not the first and neither will be the last to lodge a complaint. I feel sorry to say that Reliance fails to come up to the expectations of their customers. Reliance Customer Service is third class or worse than that. I dont know what the representatives working their including their seniors are getting paid for. May be for activating the service which I never asked for and charging me for it without my consent. I have a reliance CDMA prepaid mobile number. My balance is deducted. I haven't calculated yet how much it comes to as I hardly get leisure time which I no more wish to waste by talking to the reps working in the call center.

Radhika Sharma to start with ... the so called senior including Atif Khan and reps like Durgesh, Rahul, Salam, Salman Sayyed, Gaushal Siddi, Rajendra, Raja, Amit, Sachin Supaar all where of no use. Many of them put my call on hold, then on mute and finally disconnected the call when they were unable to resolve my queries and credit the balance for activating reliance Health Pack and also charging me for the caller tunes when I never sent any SMS to activate it. Reliance seems to have a very bad and pathetic history. My complaint numbers are[protected],[protected] n few more I guess. Not only me is facing this drastic problem with Reliance .. many of my friends too. And there's not just one problem that I have with Reliance... I also face network issues, caller tunes as said earlier, activation of services saying its free of cost and then charging for the service activated, call center reps disconnecting my call. If no one can solve my problem and if thats not their cup of tea then they better stay at home instead of wasting their time and mine as well. Or do they want to earn easy money...by doing time pass with the customers and saying the same lines ... Kya sahaayattaa kar sakte hai ...maafi chahte hai ... hum samajh sakte hai .. par ye service activate karne ki request aapne daali thi .. iss wajah se aapka balance credit nahi ho sakta hai... and then again maafi chahte hai. Same sympathy lines which are taught in the training. No proper intonation as well. It sounds as if those lines are recorded and they are just are playing the recorded tape always.

I was given the address and number of some head officer named Tilak Chatterjee from Mumbai office... Bandra. R.C. Ltd., 7th floor, Fortune 2000 C3, B.C. Complex, Bandra(E), Mumbai 400 051. Number[protected]. But I never had time to visit that office or call up on that number. If Reliance does not address my query and also other reliance customer's query this time... all who are associated with Reliance will surely have to pay for it .. a big time. I am not trying to blackmail anyone .. just that I want to let them know or warn them that its high time they sould stop trying my patience. BEWARE!!
