i gave my handset on 25 July for repair as the slider of my handset was not working properly and at times there was a problem of my voice could not be heard to the other person. after this i was told my handset will be ready after 2 weeks as u can see on the scanned slip i went on 4 Aug after this on 7Aug an i was told it will take 4 days. On 7th evening i received a mail from your side saying my handset is ready and i can collect i still went after 1 day for collection. and again the same story was given that i will get the replacement after 4 days. After my argument Mr.Himanshu checked the status for me on his computer from bangalore service center and my status said handset ready for delivery, after this he mailed them and the reply he showed me for my job sheet said waiting for swap.At the service center i was told they dont have my model for replacement model no. 9810 White , and they will get it 4 days and i cam come and check again.I got this in writing on my job sheet and the given date is now 16th Aug and still iam not sure i will get my handset.
iam unable to understand the poor services provided by the company. the customer care is not efficient enough to update their customers with correct information.
