Photocopy of my Answer script is delayed by Bangalore university

Hi,I'm Alok,Currently Studying under Bangalore University affiliated college,I had Applied for my Photo copy of the Answer script, which i haven't received yet and its already been the end of semester,so i have left all my hopes as i have realized from all my seniors about the fraud and scam happening in the university.Please HELP if Possible...
