i passed my bcom graduation in the year 2000 in s v university . please provide the details for applying of my convocational certificate. & i lost my provisional certificate duplicate copy please provide me the details

I have completed my BSC from VET First Grade College at 2003 June. My reg num : 0012UJ008. I have not received my Convocation Certificate yet. On asking about it in Jnana bharathi they are not responding on it. All my friends got the certificate who passed along with me. Please help me in getting the same. I am need of it.
Even they are not telling the reason for the delay. When checked with BSc department they are saying my reg. no. is wrong it is not registered but I have all the proofs and mark sheets.

Bangalore University — Examination fees is not deducted for the SC/ST Students.

Dear Sir/Madam, In RBANMS Evening college(UG) examination fees is not deducted for the SC/ST Students for 6th Sem. And no reason is given by the management for the same. Please let us known why this is happening. Thanks & Regards, RBANMS Student.

I have completed by b.Com in the month of june of the year 2011 from bangalore university but yet i have not received by convocation certificate which i had been applied immediately before my results as said in my college, were majority of my friends have received the convocation certificate when i just asked in my college they told still bangalore university haven't sent it

mca 5th sem result

mca 5th sem results came .so sum students fail after this sum students put a revaltion and given cash each subject 15000 but one university guy is helping and he given pass work so what about another students but don't do chiting plz.
