Bank Loan — for interest free education loan

sir.
i had taken education loan in 2009 in central bank of india in dhule branch for M.Pharmacy course.that time central govertment launch interest free education loan.but branch manager said he dont no for interest free loan and also he dont have any information abou this loan .till date am searching job .and branch manager not giving me good responce .so what i want to do now
