Sub. 1. withholding the NOC qua the reference malafidely, intentionally and misuse of 20 cheques obtained blank duly signed by applicant and LIC policy etc.
Relief:
1. Issuance of NOC, 20 blank cheuqes and blank papers of reference cited above forth with and intimation of strict action against the officials who are involved in delaying the NOC despite receipt of payment on[protected] by HDFC, Sirsa branch code 1413
2. Imposing the cash fine on them payable to applicant alongwith written apology from them with an intimation to the applicant.
Despite several efforts made through mails, branch manager, HDFC, Sirsa Entire Auto Loan Division of HDFC Bank acted deficiently and intentionally, malafidely not returning the blank papers, cheques, original LIC policy got signed by the Loanee Tajinder Kaur W/o Darshan Singh, my sister G.S. Kalra, 65, C-Block, Sirsa till today and no response by M.D., HDFC after receipt of mail and letter addressed to him for his personal attention (Representative and SPO Mob. Bank Loan — EARLY CHEQUE PRESENTATION

Took a two wheeler loan from Indus ind bank trivandrum branch. Bank has been given me 21st every month is my presenting day in my bank. That is the due date. i understood that atelast till 12 noon the same day should belong to the customer. However they uesed to present the cheque before10am on every 21st. Hence my bank has been deducting bounce charges and now Indus ind also charging me for all those bounces. I had enough balance in my a/c on 21st before 11am. I hope the due date should belong to the customer. This is a kind of exploitation. please do the neeful to to solve this concern. My Loan ID is ELS 1040H in the name of ASHA.D taken loan from indus ind bank branch in tvm.

Bank Loan — cash referral

In Decenber last year i did`nt manage to pay my monthly premium and i made an arrangement that my account should be double derbited on January as i was expecting incentives since we were moved out of the bargaining unit to total package. Around the 20 January we recieved letters that our incentives have been moved from January to March as it was wrongly timed as January was the company`s fanancial year. I then called standard bank home lone to change the arrangement as the money i was gonna recieve was gonna be short as ia was supposed to register at WITS TECH. I then asked the amount to be reduced to R2500 meaning only R7700 was supposed to be deducted from my account. To my suprise my account was derbited R10400 instead. I now request the difference to be reversed into my account as the outstanding amount will be fully paid my February month end meaning R7900 will have to be derbited from my account on the 25th.
