Bank Of Baroda — ATM is not working properly

Sir,

I have an account in State Bank of Hyderabad. When I tried to withdraw money from Bank of Baroda ATM here in Hyderabad, the money was deducted from my account and I received only the receipt which says that the Transaction Declined. I want to recover my money. Please help me.
