[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — Non activation of "baroda connect"

I am having savings account in Bank of Baroda, Veena Nagar Mulund Branch.I had applied for Internet banking before two months.On 10th July I have received Internet banking User ID, then I personally visited at branch to collect my PASSWORD.As per their policy, Internet banking shall enable USER ID for functioning within 48 hours.But unfortunately after 15 days my "BARODA CONNECT" has not activated.

Im continously followp with Branch Manager (Veena Nagar,Mulund - Mumbai) regarding non-activation of my "BARODA CONNECT" but everytime he gives assurance that it will be activate on next day as we already forward your details to concern dept. Also followup with Mr.Vichare who is employee in same branch, but till date there is no result. We are only receiving IRRESPONSIBLE & HELPLESS answers from them.

Need your help.....

have the same complaint.I have the USER ID. Got the SIGNON PASSWORD & TRANSACTION PASSWORD from BOB Cuttack, I am not able to connect.It reflects INVALID USER ID / PASSWORD. On going to the Bank at Buxibazar, Cuttack Branch, I am directed to complaint on barodaconnect. Please helpme also. On connecting to [protected]@bankofbaroda.com, and lodging the complaint, it has taken two hours and is still under transmission
i m here in bareilly nd i had recently opened my account in bank of baroda, suresh sharma nagar, pilibhit bye pass branch, bareilly.they are delaying in giving me the atm card nd it is very important for me as i m going lko for my llb coachings.so i need my atm card nd they r not giving it.so kindly look at this matter...
i have opened my account on 16.12.2009...
they were saying it will be handed over to u in 7 days from the opening of your account...nd till today i m not having it nd they r not giving any attention to this matter...so plz look into the matter...

Nikhil Kumar & Bros. — Transaction password not yet received

Sir,
Myself, Nikhil Signhal CA/c No. [protected] in Punjab National Bank Muradnagar branch. I am using net banking facility since last two years. but I have only view password to check account balance. I had requested to branch manager to given me transaction password in written again & again, he advice me to meet assistant manager for this work. but I have not received trans. password to till date. I have faced many problems to transfer money due to long distance of p.n.b. from my shop. To avoid any mishappening with me please given me transaction password as soon as possible.

Bank of Baroda, Aurangabad — refuse to accept cash for vat chalan

on dt 25.01.2010 at bank of baroda aurangabad main branch
cashier refused to accept cash payments for vat chalans.
also they are not issuing the cheque depoist receipts for vat chalan
on same day and ask customers to collcet later on, their is no control over chalan recipts given to particular customer, hence chances of misuse by others.
cashier at vat chalan is very rude in talking to customer.
i have the same complaint as above .

Bank of Baroda — ATM cash debit but not recieved

Sir,
I was transected 500/- Rs. cash debit but not received.
Detail given for e-mail i has been sent to Bank of Baroda respective person but there were no proper response for the same
please do needful for it.

i don't rcvd my cash.

My saving account in Nadiad(M), Gujarat Branch i applied for netbanking last before three month, i recived username and password, but i still read msg. on site "Your user name and password invalid.." than i go to bank branch and note complaint to maneger but still today i have no result.. please give me help for it..

Dear Mr Parmar,

it happens with atm machines . The only thing is to complain in written to branch. Dont worry there is a strict rule of solving these types problems in two weeks by rbi.

If you wont get ur money back u can ask for interest on it and penalty as decided by rbi.
