Non Activation of "BARODA CONNECT"
I am having savings account in Bank of Baroda, Veena Nagar Mulund Branch.I had applied for Internet banking before two months.On 10th July I have received Internet banking User ID, then I personally visited at branch to collect my PASSWORD.As per their policy, Internet banking shall enable USER ID for functioning within 48 hours.But unfortunately after 15 days my "BARODA CONNECT" has not activated.
Im continously followp with Branch Manager (Veena Nagar,Mulund - Mumbai) regarding non-activation of my "BARODA CONNECT" but everytime he gives assurance that it will be activate on next day as we already forward your details to concern dept. Also followup with Mr.Vichare who is employee in same branch, but till date there is no result. We are only receiving IRRESPONSIBLE & HELPLESS answers from them.
Need your help.....

I have a SB a/c in BOB- Kolkata-West Bengal.I have the same complaint.I have the USER ID. Got the SIGNON PASSWORD & TRANSACTION PASSWORD from BOB. But I am not able to connect.It reflects INVALID USER ID / PASSWORD. I am directed to complaint on barodaconnect. Please help me.

Bank of Baroda is really not a good custmer friendly as far as e banking is concerned. They have to learn from ICICI /HDFC. A good example of mine. Having a current a/c in Paikpara Br.Kolkata of Pvt ltd Co. BOB has issued Userid Passwords in Nov 2011, till now e banking is not made possible despite 6 visit to base branch and 8 times phone to call centres till today 12-5-2012. Call centre says some time, your mobile No is not updated and some other would say your name is not updated. I am disgusted with services of Bank of Baroda. Call centre is made only to listen and not for any action of convey for any complaint.

We are only receiving HELPLESS answers from them.

I have a cash/credit account vide no. 32510500000015 at Bankura branch, West Bengal. For internet Banking I got from your office one user ID & password earlier, but could not connect for a single time due to very poor connectivity. eventually, I have lost both my User ID & Password. hence, I have once again applied for a fresh internet Banking User ID and password, but to no effect since last one month. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

SAVING A/C NO. 33940100003409. I HAVE A PROBLEM IN MY USER ID TILL LAST 15 DAYS MY USER ID IS NOT WORKING. TODAY ITS START THEN PASSWORD IS NOT ACCEPT. SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I have recieved my user ID and password but when i login it shows invalid transaction password.
it has been disabled once and i have got it renewed.
still it's not responding and showing the same message "invalid transaction password".

why my mobile no. is not connecting with your ivr after the successful verification for generating T-pin. Near about 20-25 times it has done by me, i get this answer only -- ''sorry there is some technical problem'' from your computerised settings.
So what technical problem is their for not generating my T-pin. I have not generated T-pin in the past, this is first time for me...
Sir pl. solve the technical issue & allow me to connect my phone with ivr.

This is to inform you that my account number is 24320100006696 in bank of baroda Mission Road Nadiad Branch. I have internet banking Id & Password but i haven't login that id & this problem i tell to branch manager so he give me ans this problem will solve on internet but i can't solve this problem & i tell this type of problem but there r not any procces in my case.at this time i have money in my account but i don't understand what should i do at present time...plz give me your best helpful feedback ...

I am having saving account with your bank at Ghatkopar west branch. I had applied for net banking password & received it from your bank branch, myself. After 10 days, when I tried for netbanking using password given, your system was not accepting it. I tried it for 4 times ( out of 5 attempts ) and only 1 attempt is balance.
Requesting you to guide, what to do ?

I have the same complaint.I have the USER ID. Got the SIGNON PASSWORD & TRANSACTION PASSWORD from BOB kalina branch, .I am not able to connect.It reflects INVALID USER ID / PASSWORD. On calling the Bank Branch, I am directed to complaint on barodaconnect. Please help me also. On connecting to barodaconnect@bankofbaroda.com, and lodging the complaint, it has taken two hours and is still under transmission.
