Bank Of Maharashtra, Debit Card — non function of on line payment through my debit card (my previous email dated 22/09/2013)

dear sir my mahabank debit card no[protected] valid up to 6/2018 i m unable to make online payment i complaned several time to b.o.m khandwa branch as well as card cell several time i have already informed you on 22/09/2013 but no action taken in this matter so far

I am unable to do my online transaction from my debit card. As i failed in entering password several times. So my service is blocked.

What should I do to activate it again?

I AM WAMAN VIDYADHAR JALVI, HAVING BANK OF MAHARASHTRA DEBIT CARD, TRIED VARIOUS TIME TO BOOK RAILWAY E-TICKET THROUGH VARIOUS PAY GATEWAYS, BUT EVERY TIME FAILED TO BOOK TICKET. ANY ONE CAN HELP ME.
