Barclay Credit Card — Cheating

Hi,

I am Shilpa Gunda a customer for Barclay Credit Card.

I have a big problem with this card now, I have took the card since 5 months, In the month of Oct'08 I have received a phone call from Barclay telling about the priority Services.

I have spoke to that person almost for 25 Min duration, He explained me about the services benefits and offers.He said they will send a trolley bag etc.

But I have asked him just one query that is "Do you Charge anything for this"?

He replied no Madam we wont charge but one thing is please tell YES in the verification call and they will give you one dedicated number for you for your concerns.

After getting trusted I have accepted the call and said YES in the verification call.
But it was wrong what has happened by the end of the month I have got a statement mentioning Due amount of Rs 6741.6/- .

I was astonished by seeing the statement as I haven't use my card yet.I have been calling the customer care and priority circle from that day.Its all became of no use.

And now the amount is increased and distubing me with the calls and also the blank calls too.See one thing if you want me to be a customer for this please cancel your services and make my account to zero amount due, else please cancel my card.

I will be happy if I wont use your card anymore as I have trusted your services very well.

And now I received a call telling me to pay min amount of Rs 720/- by tomorrow at any cost, what is the purpose of this as I haven't use my card yet and making loss to me.

Will you repay my loss of amount and the toucher i am facing here.

Requesting you to resolve this case as early as possible and make me to have a normal breathe.This will be the proof of letter for raising a case in the court in case i face the problem further.

The priority circle answered me telling that I have accepted by telling YES in the verification call which is recorded, but have u people recorded the conversation that happened before this verification?

who is being cheated?The customer myself and you people just tell me to pay amount.

CustomerCare tells me to keep a letter to their services which will never accept.Always gets bounced mentioning "Remote host said: 550 No such user - psmtp [RCPT_TO]".

Please I want the solution within 24 Hrs.Hope you being the Barclay will make the customer happy and satisfy the work and the trust we have on you.
