[Resolved]  Barclays Card — Late fees

Dear Barclays card,
I have taken your credit card this year.
I can not give card no in this mail.
The problem with your credit cards service here at Nasik.
You do not have any center at Nasik which will accept the cheque, or either any of your franchiesee is not accepting the cash/cheque.
Ok, now if i drop cheque at your drop boxes, you are getting it late.
But is it my problem that cheque you are getting late beacuse of your own limitations? or system?
when called to your customer care center, i have found below diffculties on toll free no.
there is no option for credit card queries / customer care executive online speceally for credit cards.
Ok, after struggling for some, i tried all the options, finally i caught the customer care ex online i told him all the information.
Finally he denied to help me saying that you write now mail to barclys card, annoyed me when insisted him to transferr to their head, he did so after some time online his superior was there.
He also listened to me and clearly again refused to help me. while i was discusing, delibrately he cut the phone.
I am really annoyed by such poor support from you. when you want to emerge here In india.
Firstly I was thinking that you are the one who is very good in service but when needed and called I felt some different reality.
I need some urgent response on this as my billing date is very nearby 22nd April.
what should I do ?

i am using credit card of barclays since 9 months they never sent my statement even they dont have giveing alert message on my mobile so i realy irrated due to this kind of service
Please mail me my statement with all details. for cancellation how many days will take for credited the cancellation amount to the bank. Is there any fee for cancellation. I have cancelled a transaction but it is refelected in my alert message
