I have used my credit card only twice (12000+4000) and coverted the amount in to EMI, after paying the EMI's for 1 year as per the statement received, I spoke to the customer care representative and paid the total outstanding amount...thru a check...after a month I receive a new statement with increase in the total outstanding amount and alsoo start receiving the calls for minimum due amt...when I try to confirm what is the outstanding which needs to be paid...the executive informs they do not have the complete record with them but I need to pay the minimum amt by tomorrow...after confirming from customer care i receive a ref # for reversing all the interest charges, late fee which are not relevant...but the same is not updated in their records and still receive calls for payments...only for hte interest which they keep charging on the same interest amount and service charges of Rs 600 twice in only one statement for the same month. The credit cards executives who calls up does not have complete information nor they can explain what is the interest charges why is it charged..and they do not know how to speak to a customer...they dont even try to understand what a customer is trying to explain. pls try to solve this issue...only interest is charged after the payment is done...and again interest is charged on the same ineterst amt with double service charges..
