[Resolved] Barclay Bank / Credit Card — CREDIT CARD NOT RECEIVED | |
Dear Sir / Madam, I would like to bring to your kind notice that my Barclay Credit has been dispatched 1 months before to me. i have recevied the PIN of my card but i haven't received the card yet. it has been a long since i recieved the sms that my card has been approved ON 25 APRIL 2008 but i havent recevied my card till yet. Once I get call form bluedart office but as per my duty timing 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. i was not able to receive the card at my home address. I also changed my job and I infrom to the blue dart customer care and barkley customer care. 2 weeks before I got a call from barkley customer care from bombay and i again told the same thing to them. But I still not get the proper response regarding the card status. Please make clear that either my card is disapproved or it is send to my new office address as soon as possible. i m apply for creadit card before 1.5 month, not give any details of card n refrence no. i call daly 3-5 time from lastr month no body responce me.

I have also the same complaint. I have applied for the credit card and still now NOT received it. I filed the application thru Mr.Kaleem ([protected]) But no proper response was given. Kindly get back to me with the crrect status.

I feel that there is some fraud going in the name of Barkley Bank Card. I have also applied for the same 2 months back after a call from some excutive from Bankley bank . But fater one confirmation call there is neither any update nor ccard is recieved.
I request barkley bank to stop any futher processing on my application, and return me all the documents they had taken with the application along with a cacellation leter of the application.

I had applied your credit card more than six months before and also recieved pin no.But CREDIT CARD not received yet. Your representatives of (personal loan, insurance and your other offers)made atleast 10 phone calls daily.But without having card i felt tire by saying Sorry .contact [protected]

Dear sir/madam, I have complained you previously that your bank;s agents were contacted me to make credit card and take my ICICI card;s xerox copy for the records for a long back (before 5 months). after that i recieved a call from your bank that they are taking care of. but till now i never heard from the bank.
Let me know about the card status. this is not a professional attitude of the bank.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have given a loan for amount Rs 1, 72, 000.00 for 24 month and EMI was told me Rs 8587/- through ECS with my bank on call at my cell no [protected]
but now I have received my statement of dtd 02/10/2008 and EMI amount is Rs 8509/- I am very surprised that a bank with internation standard can cheat to any body, I have filled a ECS form and there is column of ECS amount and I have filled Rs 8584/- for 24 month but now you have send me the statement with different amount, pl look into the matter and do the needful.

I got call from Barkley Bank regarding credit card.CC told me they will need my ICICI credit card xerox.I cant understand why they need my credit card info.I said i wl provide my crd card statements for credit check. Upon asking CC they said its company procedure ? How can some one provide crd card details ? Till toady i never provided such details to any bank for credit card application

I also got lot of false phone calls to pay Credit Card bill, though I don't hold any Barkley bank credit card
