[Resolved]  Bata — scholls ladies footwear

I had bought a pair of bata "scholl" footwear for myself a couple of months back from MGM, Gurgaon. After a couple of wears the dark brown colour on footwear started pealing from a particular portion. with each wear more and more of the colour is getting pealed off and a much lighter colour is apearing from underneath. i have used "schools" from bata for several years and have never had a problem with them in the past. i requested the person incharge in the MGF mall shop to replace the pair for me. He agreed that there was a problem with the pair and asked me to lodge a complain on this site. he said that once he gets instructions from the head office in response to the complain he would be able to give me a new pair.
