TEAR OUT SOLE

I purchased a pair of Shoes ,the Sole of the Shoe is tearing ..It costs arount 1500.I requested for replacement or refund.please help

i am from ahmedabad, i purchase shoes 821-6851 7 no. in just 20 day i realise that the shoe shol is putout slowly... so now what can i do ??? my problem is i dont have original bill only i had bank statement for the puchase proof by debit card..so suggest me for replase this defictive pcs. thanks Abdulgani 8347222296 (Guj)
