I bought a purse on 25/7/13 in the evening time between 5 to 6,30pm Marie Clair, camel color . Quality of the purse is so poor within 30 days it started cuting from the side and threads are coming out .i went to bata out let to show the condition of the purse . manager asked for the cash bill that i losted he suggested me this is customer care number please speak to them without bill we cant help you . on 25/8/13 complain login to customer care bata . After 5 days customer care department told me you will get replacement of 50 % .it is not a good experience one side you are showing if any manufacturing defact arise within 60 days you can change the product so i am not happy against 50 % replacement because i cant accept your product life is only within 30 days .my complain no is 83364. no body is helping me for 100 % replacement . please give the juctice Was this information helpful? |
