[Resolved] Bata Shoe — problem in inner sole

I had purchased Bata all seasone shoes of rs. 1200/- from DADAR TT ( east )showroom on 08/06/2008 and on 4th day the innner sole got damaged . I complained about it to the Mr. Mani the shopkeeper but he refused to exachange it. He repaired it and I got the same after 4 days after huge follow up. Still the problem is same and the innersole is not in position . What should I do . The problem is major and inspite of complaining about the problem within 10 days the shopkeeper is not giveing the replacement. pls. foward the problem to concern department and let me know . cash memo no. 08-06-08/1/[protected] artical : 8214757 rgd. BATA shoe — Unusable within 6 months

I have Purchaed a Bata new model Shoe, before 6 months and it became unusalble. I have purchaed it form Manjeri, Malappuram - Kerala. When i bought the shoe, shope executive informed that, the shoe is made by leather and later I know that, it is PU.

BATA shoe — is it original

sir i bought one bata shoe in bata shoe store in trichy , thillainagar . i search that shoe model in official bata website i did not find that model and i searched using the artical no of the shoe given in the bill ... even though i cant find that model . i dont know what to do

I also bought a Bata shoe from Brigade road bangalore on april 1st week and with in 2 months it became worthless for me, the price is 1299
