[Resolved]  BBG Communications Luxembourg — over charge of my phone call

I am puting at Deepali, Pitampura, Delhi-110034. My Newspaper distributor is charging me Rs.170/- for a month and acording to newspaper it comesout to be 150/- Pm. Kindly guide me how can i complaint about my newspaper distributor. He has also thretend me to close the supply of newspaper.

This complaint suggestionis from the customer of Phone No.[protected] installed at D-164, Govind Puri, Modinagar.

Earlier alongwith telephone bills details of calls made was proided in a regular and routine manner, but for the last 6-8 month details of calls made is not being provided, resulting I am not able to verify the calls made to justify the reason of bill being received on much higher side. Details of calls please be provided with the bills as per previous practice

there was a charge AUD 57.90 0.[protected] USD (63.50) on this account he was double charged...this needs to be fixed.

I met with the same problem after using my card at a phone in the Prague airport for a minute or so - I was charged USD35. Can any legal action be taken against such companies at all?

Barbados Airport offered free hotel due to flight was cancled. My duaghter had to notify me. The staff in Barbados airport told my daughter to use the phone in her room via credit card. Our credit card company email me to confirm the transaction of $49.10 for less than two minutes calling. My daugher told me she did not find any informaiton about rate of calling and service member did not tell her how much money would be charged.

I was in Nicaragua and I try to use your services the call never went thourhg and iu was just charge $49.50us dollars, I nned this funds to be credit back to my account first there was no call ever made, . second there was nothing indicating how much was per call minute charges.

I also had suffered the same. I made a call from telephone booth using my credit card at Saigon Airport (Vietnam), call duration was hardly 2 minutes but the amount they charged 21.6 USD. I was surprised to see my statement. According to the bank the Service provider is BBG Luxembourg. can something be done on this?

BBG Luxembourg is really charging for fake transaction...I made local call from Hethrow, London airport using criedit card, They did transaction on my card on the same day for the charge. thats' ok...but after 4- days, they made 3 more transaction on my card, which is completely fake...this company really cheting credit card holder in big way...it is better never use your CREDIT/DEBIT card at airport...

the same thing happened to me in Jamaica, They charged me 49.10 for each call I made to the United states and I made 3 not knowing I was going to be charged that much. These people are thieves and should be ashamed of themselves. how can I get my money back? at least some of it back because I was charged a lot of money for calls that were less than 10 minutes

Just got my bill from my credit card. Made a phone call from Mexico to United States from my hotel room while on vacation. BBG Luxembourg charged me outrageous amount for a 10 minute phone call ($49.10) and then there is another charge on 3/11 (the day after we returned home for $51.88)...

Am disputing these charges...but probably won't get very far...very frustrating.

I just had the same charge from a pay phone in Manila Airport. one charge for 0.95 USD, one for 36.89 USD, and one for 42.19 USD. All this for a 30 second call to someone's voicemail.

Hi, I have been charged twice for the same phone call after being told by the operator they could not charge the first card, it was not working, so i gave my other card. I have now been charged on both. The call itself is $55.15 which is ridiculous for what was about 3 minutes, and now I am being charge double. Did any of you have success in contacting them to get money back?

I was charged USD 49 towards a simple phone call I made from Bangkok airport to a cell phone in Singapore! I was shocked to get an update from my credit card :(

This same thing happened to me while my husband was deployed trying to get a hold of his family. I have been charged $32.20, $32.20, $32.20. My bank said they can not do anything about it because they do not know if my husband tryied to call one or three times. I am still invesgitating this. My records from my phone company will show otherwise. We all need to gather together on this, This is what we all need to do.

I was recently in Puerta Viarta Mexico and made a 4 minute phone call to U.S. The phone booth I used as well as all the other phone booths in the shopping area were posted call United States 2.29/minute NO CONNECTION FEE. I returned in time to U.S. to see the charge for this call as PENDING on my account for $56.88 usd! The company name when this was pending was BBG Luxemburg. My bank did not have any detailed info while this was pending but once it actually posted they could get more direct info about who BBG Luxemburg was. Ironically that morning this BBG Luxemburg had tried to get another $56.88 out of my account but the bank, thank god, had to decline it because I did not have enough on this debit/credit card to cover the transaction. I cancelled this card immediately. When it posted the next day, it posted as a company called UR One Teclecom Mex 800. I called from the bank the 800 number provided for this company and spoke to a man who said he worked for International Satellite Communications! This man talked in circles about who these 3 companies were. He finally told me his companiy was a billing company for overseas communications companies and that BBG Luxemburg was one of the companies they billed for. He never did tell me who UR One Telecom Mex 800 was. He made the mistake of telling me he knew that these companies posted low rates that were not accurate and actually told me I could never trust what was posted to be the actual charge! So he knew of the Fraud and knew his Company Billed for and made sure these companies charging fraudulently for calls GOT THERE MONEY!! When I asked him to explain to me how he and his company were not also involved in the fraud he again talked in circles. He was unwilling to make the transaction the correct amount as it had been posted. He claimed the $56.88 was broken down as a $12 Connection fee at $5.60/min for 8 minutes! I disputed this with my bank. They have researched this and have credited my account to make the actual amount I was charged what it should have been. Don't try to get your money from these companies. Go through your bank. My bank is CHASE. I do hope your bank gives you the results CHASE did. These Companies need to be reported, stopped and prosecuted. If you dispute it with your bank they will have access to all the other complaints and disputes made because of these companies. GO THROUGH YOUR BANK and NEVER make a Credit/Debit card phone call! By the way the International Satellite Communications company is located in California, not overseas!

London Heathrow: I finished the battery of my cell phone. Did a call with a public phone with credit card near the shops at ground floor in gates area. For a 1 minute call I'be been charged 19.95 Euro. After 1 day 19.95 again and after 4 days 29.84 Eur. How can an airport in Europe let this burglers operate? It's a shame. I could understand it if happens in a Nigerian airport but in Heatrow is a scandal

Barcelona Ramblas, I tryed to call to a local Spanish number with my Credit Card and I did not get connected to anyone, just a recorded voice and then nothing at all. Phone call finished. Tryed 3 o 4 times without getting connected to anyone. Day after I've been charged 30, 00 Euros by the Telephone company owner of the public telephone and 42, 23 by BBG LUXEMBOURG. This Companies are full of .

Yep they got me too. In Kuala Lumpa airport, Malaysia. Call didnt go thru and got charged .95c card i/d, 30.39 call and 71.19 waiting for authorisation. This is madness, how can BBG get away with this global fraud. I always new airports were an incredible ripoff but this kind of fraud takes it to another level.

The BBG scam must be stopped

I was just in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and I made 6 total phone calls (3 of which were not even answered and went to VM) and I was charged $34 each call. This is ridiculous. Something needs to be done about this. This company is a complete fraud. A warning sign need to be posted on ALL of these phones. I am going to complain to the Mexican Embassy and the Mexican Consulate to see what we can do. I am also going to call the United States Embassy. If we allow ourselves to be ripped off this way, this abuse will never stop. I suggest everyone call too.
