[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Worst service. Connection is always disconnected | |||
Connection comes and goes off. Very intermittant. If you calculate whole net available time of 24hrs, it will be just 4hrs. Customer Service won't respond proper. They dont even listen our words. For every call, they raise a ticket. Without verification of the connection, ticket will be closed. We need to call again and raise one more request. My connection is on the name of eswar.[protected]@gmail.com, Mobile: [protected]. I have taken for 6 months pack unknowingly. I can't cancel as i dont get any refundable amount. VERY BAD CONNECTION. I totally agree with you, I never saw such a worst service in my life, trust me BSNL was lot better. beam is such a worst service, they do not even refund the money for internet nonworking days, the escalation department is the biggest of the joke. the moment you forward a unresolved complaint you get a sms saying "we hope your problem is resolved" and close the ticket again. am having the same problem with beam last few weeks trying to shift to poineer to see if their service is any better. or finally back to BSNL at least I get the speed they promised and line always active unlike beam where do not even know what joke service they are providing to others
