[Resolved]  Beetel Mobile — Service not provided for damaged handset

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Beetel mobile through online mode.

After few days, its screen get damaged & I was unable to use that.

I had given complaint & after lot communication handed over the handset to the service center on 21 July 2012.

Still I have not received neither handset nor an appropriate reply.

I hope your invention will help me to get the handset.
