[Resolved] Beetel Set Top Box S 25 — Not working within Guarantee period | |||
I bought one Beetel Set Top Box (S 25) in the month of Septemer, 2010. On the 8th of October, 2010, the instrument started not working and I contacted the local dealer with the instrument and also lodged a complaint in Customer care e-mail ID of Beetel. I got a reply that my complaint would be redressed by the Company's executive within 24 hours but as 48 hours have passed and on the 12th day of complaint, I did not get my instrument repaired. The local dealer has replied that they had contacted the company's representative at Kochi and Delhi for a new circuit board but did not get it. Was this information helpful? | |||
