Bellovista technologies is the most fraudest and cheatest company in the entire country. They make the employees slog day and night and dont pay at the time of salary. At the time of salary they will show you that you are not performing and they will throw you out of the company without a single pay. That is how they are running this stinky company. I will request the government of india to take strong action against this company and shut it down because they are cheating the people of this country. The md of the company mithu is the most stinkiest creature on this earth and i pray to god that she goes to hell for the injustice she is doing to the employees. They are running illegal process in their call centre like the virtual pc doctor where they are duping the uk, us, canada and australian people by lying to them and forcing them to buy computer warranty through their agents. No one can succeed by taking so many people's curse and bellovista will also rott in hell. I request people not to join this company as this will totally finish your life. I have been one of the employees at Bello Vista and I would like to completely disagree with the above comments. I am more than sure that the people above have violated the terms of their offer by not serving the notice period. The company has cleared all my dues since I had given a short notice period before leaving for the UK. I was duly paid for my efforts and I simply disagree with all the comments above. The company is 100% legitimate and is running legitimate campaigns.

Bello Vista requirement and HR policies is so bad they called for interview only for talking nothing else . Bello Vista don't have capacity to appointment but company called for interview. Bello Vista called me 3 time for inter view first time I cleared all round and then fixed the salary and said for final round with director . another day i went to Bello Vista for final round after waiting 2 hour HR said me "sir today busy come on friend day. Because of less interest I did not went on the fixed date for interview and agian they called for interview and I said once I have attained the interview and Bello Vista can't give me the expected ctc. so plz confirm me the salary structure then I will go for interview. Then Bello Vista requirement officer said for come interview . And I went for interview after one hour waiting HR said me "we r looking for fresher " .

I got selected as Supervisor in Bellovista, when i went for the interview all my rounds were happened in a single day, so regarding interview process all the comment above are fake ...i think so...
what i can say if somebody dosen't deserve a job, then they should not make comments on employer...
In BPO industry, if somebody is not productive then none of the company ll pay any salary, it dosen't mean the company is FRAUDEST AND CHEATER...
yes BELLOVISTA is a shade for shaking hands, i can't comment negative though i was not paid when i left the organisation. But it is one of the good organisation that not only support you but also trained you before job.I have worked for 3 months and paid a salary of Rs.6000/- its not the salary I paid for it is the gift which I learnt for. Now I have left but it was not my intention to leave the organisation but its my requirement which force me to leave yet i say its is a good organisation.

Two Marwari Husband and wife are running this fraud and cheating business since 2009 and no action has been taken by the Govt. We all should inform IT department of West Bengal, Webel, Mamata didi, Human rights Commission and Labour Department of India. I am going to launch a campaign against Bellovista, Chromewebsolutions, VPD and Lighthousesourcing through Social Media, Blog, Article, Complaint Website and many others way to build up an awareness among all the innocent employees and clients. If necessary I will also inform to the Australian High Commission to secure their Countryman from this kind of cheating and fraud company.
I would request WB Govt. to take legal step against Bellovista – A fraud and Cheating Company that are doing illegal business by doing 420 with their employees and clients without following any rules and regulations. This Fraud Company recruit their employee in the name of Lighthousesourcing but originally an employee work for Bellovista Technologies.
This cheating company do not give any national holiday including 15th August and 26 January. They also give only 2 days leave on Durga Puja.
So many complaints and comments have been registered in the name of Bellovista and VPD within various complaint websites by the clients and employees.
No HR Policy they follow from recruiting an employee to his resignation and full and final settlements.
They only give normal increment to only 9 or 10 employees in their company out of 250. They just recruit an employee and when the time of increment come, they either donot give it or make an accuse. The employee leave this company and again they recruit fresher/experience stuff with low or same package.
Bellovista do not follow any proceeding (in fact do not have any knowledge how to bring sales and implement it) for any project. They just cheat the client in various ways.
They deduct salary for saturday and sunday for not coming in the office on Friday or Monday.
They force almost every employee to sign in a Bond at the time of recruitment.
They are cheating Australian People (client) by either charging huge amount or not deliver the project or delivering incorrect/wrong output.
They follow different rules for some specific management stuff.
All the fraud and cheating activities have been implemented by their HR (Moumita) and Accountant (Arnold).
They do not follow Private Company act.

Above guys Soudip and John are absolutely wrong and false. It has been told to them to make a positive comments or they are the same cow in that cow firm. These are the criminal employees and because of these guys most of the honest, knowledgeable and good employees are suffering. These guy can say A to B today and B to A in the very next day for their dirty selfish act. If you give them Rs.5 and kick their back, they will be ready in the very next moment for the next kick.

got a call from them today for an interview tomorrow. So i decided to check them out online to get to know a bit about the company. This was the second link in google and glad that i clicked it out of curiosity. Looks like i am gonna skip the interview tomorrow after going through the comments above.
