I am a a regular customer of benetton and have bought many items from your brand. this year during the jan sale period my sister and i bought identical track suit sets(both bottoms as size small).one from the branch in south ex and the other in gurgaon.as i am shorter mine needed alteration. when i went for alteration the incharge there(at south ex) had ink on his hands and put it on my track bottom. i wrote it on the slip to remove ink stains also.when i went to collect it . it was only altered. i told them to remove the ink.they said they would send it to my house, what they delivered to my house was a larger size and they had changed the size tag to a small(to decieve me). when they had said they would dry clean it. i only realised this when it slipped down my body(and i was embarassed at my friends dinner) and i came home and compared it with my sisters the difference is huge. How can a big brand like benetton do such a thing . i would like you to see into the matter as soon as possible before i have to take further action.i have the bills for all the items bought during the last two months also(including the track pants). BENETTON — Special offer not able to claim
I have purchased a Bentetton watch and UB mens wallet and Belt vide invoice number 0RA[protected] and the same is delivered.But when i want to claim my specail offer using the unique number in the invoice on the www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm site it gives me the error that the details entered are incorrect.When i contacted the helpline they are useless and giving some funny reasons like website is under maintanence, the unique number has to be activated etc.Expect to resolve asap and avoid any further legal action from my side
