I was member since 2011, i have utilized your club fairly and had a domestic trip. I received a call from your staff last week for the royal membership. That Benze club is having tie up RCI Card and RCI card will be provided by paying Rs. 45, 000 and also we can utlize this card anywhere in the India (RCI Resorts) and also they have committed to provide Rs. 35, 000 credit limit.

Considering the 3 Years of relation i have accepted to pay the Rs. 45, 000 and paid on 18th Aug 2014. Trusting that benze club
is widening their club and business. Even after the hard and worse comments posted by the existing customers

On 21st Aug 2014, i received only royal membership and not RCI and also i cant use the credit limit even at your benze club ( people at benze club doesn't aware about the card information itself). We met your customer relation officer and she neither interested in returning my money nor to provide the committed offer). And your worse people never picks up my call.

I require concrete judgement or refund of my entire money mutually and for long term better relation.

I can take the actions like.

1) I could log the complaint and take necessary action.
2) Direct petition to Govt. Officials and ministry.

These all depend on the type of action you are deciding . Kindly reply me ASAP since the money is not small

I am Gokulram R J and I taken a membership about 2years back. Initially when the executive called, she gave me all false promises and after taking the money I had to run to pillar to post.. As this is about 2 years back I had forgotten about this and when the called me yesterday again with some big promises of credit facilities, affiliation with Cosmopoltian club, Andhra club etc and once again I got fooled yesterday, the came collected the money and promised me to get back in one hour with the upgraded card but, till now I am trying to reach almost everyone in your club but in vain. In fact I had SMSed concern to you about 1hr ago. I am not able to understand one thing, that, why should your team give unnecessary commitment if they cannot fulfil and who they are fooling around. While I can approach the forum but, I felt that, such things has to be got your notice as you might not be aware of such things happening in your organization. I am sure you would understand my position as a customer and revert positively and the least I expect is a call back from your office.

Please find herewith attached scanned copies of application of myself and my friend K. Ragupathi wherein mentioned that annual administration charges of Rs 1250/- is not applicable for Chennai, Tamil nadu duly signed by your official Mr. Karthik and verified by Mr Sathish at the time of collecting payment for application no 064249 dated 15/01/12. Mr. Suresh Team Manager emp no [protected] (page no.7/9). The same was confirmed by your branch Manager, Mr.V.Ganesh, mob no.[protected] by letter. (page no.5/9)

Due to this offer only I referred my friend Mr.K.Ragupathi to join your club. As per his application no. 055035 dtd 3/2/2012 your official Mr. Suresh, Team Manager, emp no.1345, mob no.[protected] (page no.1/9) has committed and confirmed the offer with letter that AAC charges Rs.1250/- not applicable for him also(page no.2/9).

We Joined your club due to this offer and commitment assured by your officials. But now we are receiving repeatedly calls to pay the AAC charges orelse the card will be blocked. Hence kindly intervene in this issue and verify all scanned copies for proof and waive the AAC charges for me and my friend. I am very much happy with the services rendered by your club members and wish to continue to be a member. Hence expecting your confirmation for the AAC Charges at the earliest. But the sales executive name Chandru ([protected]) is also same commitment give me, and is swipe my city bank credit card @ 10, 000 with out EMI, After complete the sale is cut my call no response my call
But i received gold membership card, i applied lifetime membership card only
The tele caller and sales executive name Chandru is Chet me and your are company also.
So Kindly cancelled my gold membership card and refund give me 100%

Dear Readers,

I 1st got a call from Benz tele caller around 8th Oct giving me all the rosy pictures on all membership. She said she wants a quick 5 minutes appointment to explain the membership through a sales chap. I 1st gave an appoitment on 12th Oct and later moved it to 15th Oct as the decision is my fathers and he was not available on 12th.

I got a call on 14th Oct from the same telecaller confirming the appointment and asking me the mode of payment. I told her how can u even ask me about payment when I have not even decided if I am taking or not. Again on 15th Oct morning I got a call from Telecalling head asking me the same thing and I gave her the same response. The sales chap came to my office at 11:15, was made to wait for 5 minutes and was guided to my father. My father met him and said he will decide in a while .

After the sales chap left, I got a call from [protected] in a threatning way ( I have recording of this, as all my calls are auto recorded from unknown numbers ) asking me why u did not meet and you made your father who knows nothing meet. Who is he to decide my father knows nothing. He has been a Gymkhana Madras member for 20 years now. I told him, its my fathers call and the guy was met. Its for us to decide. Then he asked me why did u ask me to come i[censored] dont want to take. And pay the petrol cost. I hung the phone as these guys are threatning.

I would request you all to refrain from even thinking about these guys.

Please refer to my attachment, where in I have enclosed the receipt and my credit card charge slip. I was introduced to your representative Mr.Selvakumar ([protected]) by one of the VIP of Karaikal Mr.Vetrivelan. We both have decided to enroll for “ROYAL membership” after discussing over phone with one Mr.Suresh([protected]-who introduced himself as the boss of Mr.Selvakumar).

First they demanded Rs.56000/- after reducing from Rs.60000/-. As we demanded Rs.50000/- as final deal, they agreed for the following offer.

a) One time Payment of Rs.50000/- through Credit Card which will be converted by your company into 12 EMIs on Zero Interest and Nil charges.
b) Rs.30000/- credit limit in your all own clubs
c) 150 stay coupons and 150 spa coupons every year.
d) 14 days of India package every year
e) Foreign stay every year. No of days depending upon the country we choose with Food.
f) 4 Cracker Boxes
As the above two executives agreed, we have paid through our Credit Cards for Rs.50000/- each. Mr.Suresh also assured me of giving the Smart Card and other coupons etc when i visit Chennai on 24.10.2015.

But to our dismay, both of them not available at your Chennai Office(Rayala Towers) and were not picking the phone on 24.10.2015. I met Ms.Yazhini([protected]) first, as she called me as per the instructions of Mr.Suresh. She demanded Rs.6000/- to process my application. When I protested and insisted on meeting Mr.Suresh or Mr.Selva, she brough another Ms.Hasini([protected]). She was also on the same line with different details of the scheme we selected. Then she took me to Mr.Ranjith, AM([protected]). He was so rude and not at all listening and insisted on payment and told me to pay and he would do the all the above including conversion of EMI on zero interest.

After wasting more than 2 hours at your office for no fault of mine, I left office as there was no response/action from your team. They are all not apologist for the act of your executives and disowning the responsibility of BENZE.

Again one Mr.Kumar([protected]) from Customer Care has called and assured me of reply by today morning. As there was no call from him, I have contacted him by 2 PM. He told me that he would call me by 4 PM. But again no response from any of your collegues.

When I saw the complaints/responses in web against your company, I read your reply then decided to give a go. But unfortunately, I am being cheated by your company.

I expect an immediate action and redressal as agreed by your executives for myself and Mr.Vetrivelan. We were ready to pay Rs.50000/- through Credit Card, do you think we will agreed to pay the remaining on later date? Both Mr.Suresh and Mr.Selva not picking up the phone.

I request you to ensure delivery of the agreed items immediately or refund the money.

I joined recently in Hyderabad the service was good at the time of joining they offer me gold coin and they gave 1 gm gold coin i am very happy to being a member of this club.
Mr. Saravanan - I am really unhappy with the service provided by your club - executives' are giving false promises and customer service people bluffing as they don't know anything on the offer. I tried to reach you but no response from you as well.

one of staff of there benz club has approached me for offering the membership and they have taken the ch for rs 10000/ from me and they said they will send the membership card but even after one year still they have not issued the card. now they are telling that there staff has done wrong and there is no membership in 10000/ and if i pay another 10000/ they will issue the card.
this is the information to every one that this club has appointed so many marketing girls and boys and they will collect the payment and this company will cheat the public harden money.
please do not entertain such a fraud club and spoil your harden money and also request those who has paid and not getting the response file the cheating case against the management and take the action with jointly so many members who has been cheated by them.
Dear Sir,

I am D.S. Venkatesh and my life membership # is LMV23158. I am writing this to you out of frustration as whenever I tried to reach your sales team/your customer care team they never ever picked up my calls.

While I was assured during the meeting your sales team (Mr. Mohan & Mr. Sivashankar) had with me at my office that If i become a life member at your facility I will not be charged with any annual fee or maintenance fee and however subsequently I did receive a mail from your marketing desk on 05/03/2016 confirming the same.

Surprisingly self did receive a text message today in my mobile from your admin desk to pay the annual maintenance fee immediately to avoid deactivation.

Self subsequently tried to reach your sales team & Mr. Joseph, GM on their mobile phones in order to clarify on this subject, but sorry to say that none of them did either pick up or return my call.

Kindly request you to clarify on above and also forward necessary instructions to your admin team not to charge yearly admin fee for my membership.
