[Resolved]  Benze Vaccations Club — Cheating and Fraud. False Commitments

The Employees of Benze Vacations Club gave us some committments during their interaction and there after nothing has been provided by them once the amount has been paid. They gave all these false committments and i want to sue them please help,

1. They will offer better customer support in the way of 24x7 but when we call them either the phone is swithced off or no one answers the call.
2. They would send us the the entry tickets to the parties and other stuff at free of cost to us but later they say that we need to go ahead and collect them from their office or pay extra money for petrol or courier charges
3. They told me that they will also share a complete list of booklet that will have the complete details of Benze clubs addresses and their tie-ups in both india and outside india along with all the committments they offerred as documented but when i recieve the card no booklet has been provided instead one welcome letter was sent. and there after when i called the head office they say that they dont have such booklet yet.
4. more over these bleady frauds they are not picking the call and the response is so worse when they do pick up.

Then i wanted to escalate the same with their manager and i called him on his phone as per the discussion with admin dept; he said he would check all of them and he will call me up in half an hour and is already 2 days but still no response from him.

and other than these they gave many other committments which i am started to worry about whether they are also false.
