[Resolved]  Benze Vaccations Club — FRAUD AND CHEATING

I am U.S.Bhasskar Gopal from Chennai member of Benze Vaccations Club. My membership number is LMB6510. I got a marketing call from Ms. Preethi ( Benze Vacation Club, Chennai )

in the month of september or october 2010. During the marketing call, she spoke to me very softly and gave all sort of convincing words with lots of benefits and advantages if I become a

life time member of this club for Rs.15000. Preethi and Amjad are the two people who came to my home to explain about the club and to collect the amount.
After getting inspired by these people I became a member on 11/10/2010. I made my neighbour Mr.Swaminathan who is senior advocate in High Court, Chennai to become the member of

this club. I also explained the same thing to my colleague Mr. Deeraj and he also became the member. Even they are also facing the same problem what I am facing now.We have actually

decided to take an action and we are going to file a case on this club and on the people who are all involved in this.

The benefits which are told by Ms. Preethi and Mr. Amjad are...

1 ) I can stay at any of their resorts by paying just Rs.550 as a utility charge any time.
Now they are saying that we have to pay Rs. 1300
2) She said that all their resorts are see facing, and have children play area, Open Air Theatre where we can watch movies between 7PM to 10 PM and 10 PM to 1AM, GYM, Massage

center, Swimming pool, Billiards table, bar cum restaurants etc.
Last 2 weeks back,I went along with my family to stay at their resort which is there in ECR, Chennai. In ECR Chennai, there was nothing except the swimming pool ( Very very small).
There were no basic amenities like children play area, Gym, Open Air Theatre, Bar.
3) Main thing is they also said that we will be getting tickets for all the events happening in Chennai like, Music functions, Award functions, Drama, Cinema etc.. But so far we didn't get

anything yet. There is a lady Ms.Geetha who is very arrogant and fraud. We have met her thrice so far for the tickets and for the stay in resort. There were no response from her end. She

said that she will be sending SMS for sending the tickets for the events. I have already given my mobile number and my wife's mobile number so many times, but still she did'nt take any

action and also not yet received any single SMS so far regarding the tickets.

Mr. Parasuraman(Branch Manager) of Nungambakkam branch, who is coward fellow, who is fraud to the core. Whenever I speak to him he says that he will do it, but he never does it.
He actually helped us to stay in their ECR resort last 2 weeks back after having very big fight with him. But it is still waste, because I went to ECR resort and paid money for 1 full day, but

I vacated in the evening itself. We occupied AC room, The AC was not working. I went and complained the resort manager LEO, he was very very ignorant and didn't even have courtesy to

come and check the AC. He didn't even feel for it and asked us to move to other room, Even there the AC was not working. Didn't even reply to us properly. He was very very harsh and

rude. I was hardly there for 4 to 5 hours. Because the reason is, it was boring to stay there. Instead I could have enjoyed with my family at my home for the weekend. There was nothing

except the swimming pool. My daughter was very bored because there was no children play area. Nowadays ordinary hotel itself is having children play area to attract the customers.
Food was horrible. I had lunch there. When I asked for the menu for the dinner they said the same thing for the dinner too. They don't have any extra items. It is worthless.


So, these are the problems that I am still facing with Benze vaccation club. I can still say many things about these people. I don't want to waste any more time. Benze Vaccation Club is bull
