[Resolved]  B. E. S. T. Undertaking — best bus complaint

From kandivali to bangurnagar there are only 3 buses running 210, 707, 205. i want to suggest them that there is no proper frequancy is maintaining by them. every 3 out of 5 occations this buses comes same time then there will be a half hour break.also their drivers & conductors are very careless specially 707 long route buses, they always skip to stop some of the small stop. I faced lots of trouble with best buses. some time i also argued with conductors regarding this, plz take some serious actions immediately on best buses we public have to face lots of trouble because their drivers & conductors are becoming very careless. plz do feedback to my email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in & on weekends also frequancy is very less, some this buslike 205, 210 whos last stop dahisar bridge some time they runs till chincholi bundur or orlem church (210) why they are wasting petrol to run for such short distances. i observe this buses for short distance they never had passangers, plz do take immediate actions on best buses

Sir, Today at 8:35, when I was travelling by 345 bus from malad east to Santosh nagarthe bus conductor told me to show the pass but due to crowd in bus and also the bus was 25 mins late .I told him I will show it to him later but he got rude to me and told me to get down from bus.Then I showed him the pass.
Is such a behaviour from your side acceptable .
Bus number 85..stop prabhadevi on 20th October 2.30 pm..the conductor is so much in a hurry that he does wait for the people to get in and rings the bell. This is a risk to the people getting in since they may lose their lives. On questioning him..he becomes a moral police and says why were you talking on the phone..
So does he get rights to risk my life..I want to know what is best doing to discipline its employees who think they are doing favor to commuters..
Dear Sir,

Wish to bring to your notice about the rash driving of driver of bus no.
MH 01 L 9884 passing Sakinaka Junction from Kurla around 7.15 pm on 9th December 2015.

I was halting near signal in mar car and waiting .

The above bus tried to squeeze in from left knowing fully well that there no space and scrapped my car.

Can you initiate an action against the driver and compensate me for the loss.

Please restart the bus No 91 Ltd, from mumbai central to kurla via senapati bapat marg, this is only one bus are available for lower parel pasanger for going on tardeo, shivaji park, bandra teachers colony, vakola, kalina, this bus are good passanger, but i dont know best why this bus service are close please restart the bus No 91, because lower parel is now most corporate area and business offices are in lower parel.

Respected Sir / Madam,

This is to inform you regarding the irregularities in the bus timing. I travel from Andheri West to Mahim everyday morning by bus. Normally there are 3 buses which pass from Andheri to go to Mahim i.e 201, 84 and 4 but from the past 1 week none of these buses are available between 8:10 - 8:30 am. The bus only comes after 8:30. 20 mins delay is a big deal for office going people.

Kindly requesting you to look into this matter.

Today i.e on 13/03/2016 I boarded 210 Bus No from the starting point i. Vesave-Yari Road Bus Depot I Took the ticket at 18:17:12 Hrs. I was sitting in the fifth row left window.In between Ganga Bhuwan and Machhalimar Versova a water balloon hit me strongly on the chest.The impact was so strong that it rebound and also hurt an old woman on thr right hand side. I asked the conductor whether any complaint is done by conductors at the depot where the journey ends. To this he replied in the negative. I asked him what if a ballon or a stone hits the conductor or driver.Is any complaint made. The conductor rudely said that the passengers should close the windows.We do not take any action and he went backwards. In the railways the injured men are at least attended to and complaint is lodged with GRP who take action and search the area from where balloons, stones are pelted. Is there no such practice in BEST.There was a CCTV Camera in the Bus, the footage of which you can see.

With due reference to the above I wish to bring to your kind knowledge that the bus stop at Chirag Nagar, Ghatkopar west for buses 388, 533 has been enroached by Water Tankers, private aggregators like Ola, Uber and others.These vehicles park at the bus stop making it difficult for passengers to get a view of the arriving bus. Commuters are not able to stand at the bus stop as there is no space at the bus stop. This has become a regular feature causing great inconvenience and danger to passengers who are forced to stand on the main road which is dangerous as moving vehicles ply on the main road. Kindly take stern measures to curb this menace.

Hello Concern,

I want to complaint against driver of BUS number 5183 red number. 501 no. This bus starts from Kurla to Airoli . the driver of this bus say 1min i am coming from ATM and take 5 min to 10min. any were see ATM mach.he stop bus and go atm. conductor shout driver behaviour conductor only & also sits ladies
Driver never stops bus by himself and rudely says " If you want to get down ask else I will not stop".

This happens today morning only drive like aeroplane.

On behalf of BKC commuters, I wish to inform that the Bus No.3 from Bandra to BKC last stop (CA Institute) are facing problem to commute as the Bus which used to earlier start at 5.35 p.m. now leaves before 5.30 and the next bus comes only at 5.50 p.m. This is a long time for us to wait as the earlier bus goes empty. Kindly note that the offices leave at 5.30 p.m. so the bus leaving at 5.35 was comfortable but now we are finding it difficult to commute after waiting for that long . Moreover the traffic also increases in few minutes. Secondly when offices are there till 5.35 why should a bus go at 5.30, how will staff reach before or by 5.30 p.m. and that bus is empty which could be a loss to BEST as well. So please consider our humble request and let the bus leave from CA institute at 5.35 p.m. Thank you for your co-operation.

Dear Sir,

I am travelling everyday from Kurla to BKC by Bus. Bus No. 310 has a very bad frequency between 8.00 to 8.30 am in the morning. As there is no other bus from Kurla to BKC. We have to wait for the bus for more than 30 mini. everyday. This is not possible to wait 30 mini. because my office time is very strict.

Please look in to the matter and do some thing as early possible.This is my request.

Would request you to please arrange additional stop at Kanakia Mc Donalds, believe me there are many commuters who would like to prefer board these bus and parallelly it will also generate business for BEST services.

Average commuters- Approx 100-150 during peak hours for andheri gundavali bus stop and kalanagar subsequently.

Approx income will be around 4000 Rs per day - would request you to atleast do a trial for a month and prove effectiveness.

this is a complaint of the bus conductor on route 168 going from jijamata nagar towards byculla stn. on november 13, 2018 around and after 1:30 i took a bus from jijamatanagar near mahalaxmi and proceeded in a crowded bus. i kept asking the very young conductor for a ticket since i had to get down at famous studio. even the tc of bus was seeing this. it took the conductor almost more than five minutes he looked tooo lazy to give a ticket. later i got the ticket and moved to the exit. however before the stop there was a crowd in front and back of me. i got down at the stop only to realise my cellphone and purse was stolen from my bag.

now i feel there was some plan in delaying the ticket also could u please check if there was a cctv in your bus. i feel the conductor was hand in glove with the 6 or 7 men who got down at the signal. his delay cost me. had i not waited for a ticket maybe i wudnt be robbed. my righteousness cost me bad

I would just like to bring to your notice that today travelling in a bus has become very difficult. After your decision of payment as per km. I don't have a problem with that but nowadays many males are misusing this facility and blocking the way of women to enter and front side bus person does not allow us to enter everytime says enter from back side which is not poss due to males standing and blocking the way. Conductor should take necessary actions but they are not taking. Just wanted to bring to your notice that also if someone does not have proper cha ge then they are removed our of the bus or they forcefully ask us to get out. This should be done to these people also who are blocking the way. Please strictly look into this matter and take proper necessary actions.
I travel by bus 276. suddenly from last week the frequency of this bus has gone down in the evenings. please check as there are lots of passengers travelling as last whole week we had to wait for nearly half an hour for the bus.
Bus no 473 has a very bad frequency.
As there is no other bus from Mahul Village to Bandra, (by pass BKC) we have to wait for the bus for more than 30 to 45 min everyday. Due to less frequency bus is too croudy.

Also to bring to your notice as small Bus provided, thereof very difficult travelling for women.
This is request to you please start more frequency for Bus 473 from Mahul villaage to Bandra station (W)
Dear sir I'm at mith chauki Malad West bus stop I'm standing here since last 1hour then one bus came and there is 4 sitting seat empty and no one standing but then aslo he is not stopped bus at mith chouki he stoped at Ewarshine Nagar bus stop bus no is MH 04 LA 5297 at 7:16pm on 20.10.20 this same repeating again and again so kindly take trict action against them
All middle class people facing these problems so pls solve asap
