I am a Bharty Gas customer for the past five years. And on 22 November 2008, I booked domesticLPG cylinder at Ramanaiah gas agency on Arcot Road, Valasaravakkam, Chennai. Notwithstanding our regular reminders, nothing has been done to our request. Every time we call the agency call, the personn attending the calls was giving one excuse or the other, and responded as if attending to the request expediously., but to no avail. Latest is, today (10 December 2008) when called the respective agency, we were told that the request will be dealt with immediate effect. Let me see if this is yet another trick in their book.
