[Resolved] Bharat Gas — BAD SERVICE OF HOME DELIVERY | |
DEAR SIR,
I am a customer of BHARAT GAS & My consumer no. 4866 of M/S UDAYANATH BHARATGAS At/po- Adaspur, Dist.- Cuttack, Odisha, PIN-754011 TIN no.[protected] there email id- [protected]@gmail.com
and i have a complain about your home delivery services.
The person who is delivering the gas is taking extra rs.20 which is not done in anywhere else but that is not the matter. The matter is if he is taking the extra charge then he should come to our home and replace the gas cylinder but he is standing at the road and telling us to replace the cylinder from our home to the road and if i am complaining about this to him he is just saying that this is there rules.
Is this the right way to give the home service.
SO I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY READ THIS MESSAGE CAREFULLY AND TAKE SERIOUS ACTIONS ON IT
AND I AM REQUESTING YOU PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS
