i booked the gas on 21 Nov 2008, consumer no:17211 on the name of T Nagaraj Sharma H.No:3-5-117 GANESH STREET, JANGAON.and the booking number is 4164.till today they have not delivered inspite of several personal visits to the distributor at jangaon, Dist: warangal. This is happening regular basis and leterally every time . now a days we all are engaged in our daily bussiness and...
plz take action and deliver in time

I am a consumer of cooking gas of Bharat Gas. I am registered with their dealer Tirupati Gas Service in Bhayandar, Maharashtra. My Consumer No. is BHY-27113. I have two cylinders.

I have booked for gas supply on 10th December, 2009 and am still waiting to receive supply. Every time I visit the Agency office I am told that it will be supplied in 2-3 days. Myself, my wife and my son - all o[censored]s took turn to visit the Agency office on every alternative days as the Agency failed to supply gas as promised. Ten days before I was told that my number has already been included in the deliveries for the next day. On my next enquiry, they went back to the earlier promise - that it will be delivered in 2-3 days time. Then one day I was promised that on Tuesday, 5th Jan. 2010 I will definitely get the supply. However, the Agency failed to do so. Today again I went to the Agency office. In front of me an officer called the delivery man and gave instruction to give gas to my house today. I am writing this complaint after talking to my residence, till this time they have not supplied gas. My both cylinders are empty. I cannot afford to have outside food on two counts - first it is too expensive and second my health does not allow it. Please do something. The frequent visit to the irresponsible agency office work on my blood pressure also. Hence my request is that kindly spare me these difficulties. I am a poor man. Please.

It is most unfortunate that I am not being provided with LPG Gas on their committed date. Upon enquiry I meet their red eyes and rough behaviour.

I have booked my LPG Gas on 04.12.09 and 7 days time is given for the delivery. Time has passed out but no cylinder has yet been delivered. When enquired about it, the sub dealer M/s B.K. Enterprise, Ph no. 244 27279 told me that no cylinder had been sent in your favour by the dealer M/s Central Gas Agency. When contacted dealer, the dealer Central Gas Agency told me that they have already supplied the cylinder to the sub dealer a few days ago. The sub-Dealer was informed of this position, but he misbehaved and showed me red eyes.

Being a father of one year baby, I have to run here and ther only to get loan of a cylinder in order to feed my baby. More than one month pastno cylinder is still available. This is the incident happenging occasionally.

You are requested please to look in to the matter so that the cylinder booked must be available without further delay and see that such dealer must be well behaved and customer friendly.

I have booked a gas on 1st feb12/02/2010, and today is 26/02/2010, and I still have not recd. the cylinder. Everyday they say they will deliver it within a couple of days, but no responce. They are the worst and most corrupt gas agency I have ever dealt with. They ask me to directly call the delivery boy if i want a cylinder, and the deliver boy then asks for a bribe. It's just shocking that people cannot do their jobs with honesty and integrity.
Please look into this matter.

THE GAS CYLENDER WAS BOOKED BY ME ON 21.06.2010 WITH HLRDC, HISAR DEALER UNDER CONSUMER NO. 16234 BUT THE GAS HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED SO FAR EVEN AFTER ELASPE OF NEARLY ONE MONTH.

PLEASE ARRANGE TO SUPPLY THE GAS AT AN EARLY DATE.

i had booked 2 refills with my distributor at dockyard on 21 Oct 2010. till today they have not supplied the gas even though I am ringing them up daily and they are promising me that it would be delivered in the evening. this is a constant problem with this dealer and i suspect he is selling my connection gas to other unauthorised individuals. this suspicion of mine was due to me getting a gas delivery 2 months back even when i had not booked any gas. what measures do we havE to bring these individuals who openly flaunt rules and law to book .

Dear Sir,

I would like to complaint about the domestic gas distributer in our area. We have been issued with Gas connection from BPCL agency. Despite repeated reminder after booking a gas cylender, no suitable reply is given and gas cyllinder is supplied only after repeated follow up on phone and in person visits.
This time also, we booked gas 20 days ago but till today refilled cyllinder not received.

Very worst service in K.R.PURAM ,bangalore in ########## RASHMI AGENCY #############,
Whenever i was booked cyclinder it will delivery after 20 days only......... i dont know why it is happning. if agency made a bill on after 20 days, the delivary person take another 5 days. if we asked that person, he told that simply your home was locked..... this is the way to treat the customer...

When population increase,

My Name is Shailesh Panickar staying in Pimpri Pune,

I have booked the gas on 02-Nov-10 the same is registered in my father name V Chandran till date i have not got the delivery of the gas if the delivery is not done with the 21 days from the booking due the fault of delivery gap increased by the Agency for not availability of gas due to Staock problem etc...the problem needs to be faced by the customers with the late delivery in the currect month & after late delivery we cannot book the Gas fro more 21 days which goes pile up

Sandesh Fas Agency is the distributor for Pimpri Pune. I have tried to approach many times for the delivery however proivde is the no. of delivery boy Mr Sagar ([protected]) if you try this no he never reachable & even if we tries to reach him also no gas in stock is the reply.

We are very much annoyed with the service given by Sandesh Gas fellow, because where they get some money the gas is delivered & the delivery boy keeps a safety stock even at home those who pays him high they nevery miss for Diwali bakshis. Why Bakshish is required to do their duty like this we do not get any extra paid for giving proper services.

Please advice where i should approch so that the delivery can be done quickly. People never writes unless they are very much harrssed this is not only my problem but it is the problem of total area but we do not have choice as the guy needs only to be giving delivery to us & we face the problems

gas — non stock, non delivery of gas in time when needed

sir. i am the customer of chandra gas agency. there they are told me to book after 20 days of delivery of the previous gas. so i did like what they said to me. they told me that gas will in another 10 days. but i didn't get the gas on time. i got the gas only after 25 days.when i asked them they told that there is no stock. we suffered a lot because gas got over before we receive another gas. yesterday i booked for this month. Again they told me that i will get the gas only at the end of this month. so i hereby request you to consider this problem and take necessary action.

Bharat Gas — not receiving gas cylinder from last one & half month

my name is suraj. I am costumer of bharat gas since last 10years in the name of amol gangadhav.yadav.consumer no.10571 My distributer Akshay gas agency is hugely bad in providing service. Few months back also i had complaint about, but nothing happened. I am so upset. Again i am putting complaint. If this time its not being taken care then i wont be having option instead of taking leagle action. My concerns are as follow.
1) don't answer phone calls. Phone keep ringing, they don't pick up, once i been there,being in office only i dailed their number and i found that they have kept land line phone on so much of low volume and not responding.
2)receipenist don't answer proper when ask any question. And gets angry sooner.
3)do not accept order for booking gas befor 28 days of last recieved date , with reply it's rule.
4)after booking gas does not come on the time. It takes atleast 15 days. Two month back it was 18 days. And since last one year, expect few times, i recieved gas at office of them, as due to not coming on time it resulted i did not have anything to cook my food. How can be managed to last one cylinder for one and half month? And if asked for returnig 5rs as per rule, refuse to give back.

Please take some action against agency so that we can keep being with you and enjoying your services.

sir, she did booked for the refilling of gas a 10-12 days back but still she have not been deliverd.
when inquired, i was told that i can get the gas but i have to collect from their office.
sir this is not the first time that i have been given this reason.
sir my mother leaves alone and she has to arrange for the vechile for the gas, which turns to be more expensive adn again she have to pay for the gas with the delivery charges, which again adds up the gas price.
sir i do like you to please look into this matter as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
In above reference against my complaint to LPG, BPCL MUMBAI SPEED POST NO. EU[protected]IN, LPG BPCL GHAZIABAD SP NO.[protected]IN and LPG, BPCL NAINI ALLAHABAD SP NO.[protected]IN Dated 31.10.11 and EBHARAT GAS TALK TO US FEED BACK REF NO. 145795 (1/10/11),[protected]/10/11),[protected]/10/11) and[protected]/11/11).
The gas was delivered on[protected] without seal with a charge of Rs. 430.00 by vendor. The vendor was not carrying the weight scale and when asked about the surety of weight of gas cylinder, told my wife that weight is intact and requested to accept the cylinder against receipt of delivery. When argued told my wife that please provide the receipt of delivery and can weight the cylinder at her level and he takes the full responsibility of the weight. In the good faith my wife provided the receipt of delivery.
The next day cylinder was taken for weight by myself just to check the reliability of the vendor and found that the GAS is 1.7 kgs less than the standard weight.
Further gas booked on 13/12/11 vide order no 310 is yet not delivered,
