[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Poor Response and Service

My first request is kindly call any of these phone number to book a gas[protected] / 25324905 / 65287775
Agent Dhanalakshmi Gas Agency
If you try for three days you will really understand how many consumer like me facing problem to book.
Speak or make some query to them you will find how they react or answer.
Any request just tell you will complaint to higher authority, you will find good answer. Pls try all this as a customer and you will really find what response a customer get with your agent.

Come and visit at the agents place wait as a common man for one hour
you will come to know many more things

I saw phone calls are ringing and without any attention the staff chatting over phone.

Suggession:
At the time of delivery of cylinder, If the house is locked. Stick a sticker or leave a note.
How will we know the cylinder person came for delivery when not at home.
Pls organize it is simple.
And customer may call and fix time for delivery or he may take self delivery.

if One dealer is handling more than 500 customers, i feel first he should organize himself (his setup) to handle 1000 customers

So that we all will never suffer.

I HARISH CHANDRA V PAJANKAR, ON BEHALF OF MENABEN DATTUGIRI GOSWAMI CUSTOMER NO- 3061, COMPLAINING YOU, YOUR DELIEVERYMAN DOES NOT KNOW TO TALK HINDI LANGUAGE.WHEN WE GET LITTLE LATE IN SHOWING HIM THE CUSTOMER BOOK FOR CYLINDER, EVERYTIME HE GETS ANGRY WITHOUT ANY REASON.FURTHER HE GIVES THREATS TO BRING BACK THE CYLINDER.
WE INFORM THIS TO YOUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY ON PHONE NO[protected], BUT THEY IGNORED IT.
WE TRIED TO TALK TO THE LADY WHO RECEIVED THE CALL, ON 24TH FEB, BUT THERE WAS NO EFFECT OF THE VISIT.SHE ALSO BEHAVED LIKE AS I AM THE CRIMINAL.
SHE CLEARLY DENIED GIVING YOUR OFFICE EMAIL ADDRESS, WHEN WE ASKED.


THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THEY BEHAVED LIKE THIS, SEVERAL TIME THIS SITUATION TAKES PLACE.THEY ARE NOT USED TO GIVE WAITING NUMBER.THEY HAVE VERY GOOD HABIT TO CUT THE CALL & NOT TO RECEIVE.

FURTHER WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT EVERY YEAR ON DIWALI THEY DEMAND THE BONUS AS THEY ARE ASKING FOR SALARY.WITHOUT ANY DISCUSSION WE GIVE THEM BONUS HAPPILY.EVEN AFTER TREATING THEM SO LOVINGLY, WE ARE GETTING THIS KIND OF REWARD.

Our Gas Agency is Jyothi Gas Agency Tripunithura. They had informed me to my second cylinder sancitioned. But they compelling me to purchase some items from agency. They told me that if ican't purchase item they have not issued second cylinder. They told me that that is the rule of Bharth Petroleum Co. Also they are shouting We are compelling to purchase unnecessary item for getting gas connection. It will waste our money. This is very cruel . Is this is the rule of Company. We are suffering agencies these type of harrassment for getting gas connection.

Please send necessury instructions to your above dealer immdiatly to supply the cooking gas cylinder to all consumers in time . If not change the distributorship to the effective new agency those who are dealing with cooking gas . Please treat this as most urgent and take effective steps immediatly.

my consumer no. is 4947 and I have booked the gas on 5 march and till date that is today is 17 march and the consignment has not been delivered despite reminding them daily.

I live in vasant kunj and this is for the first time the dealer is behaving in this strange manner for not giving correct informations in this way my whole day is wasted as I have to wait for taking the delievery of the gas and could not go out even for short period.

cooking gas — Second Cylinder And Gas Pipe

Respected Sir,

My consumer gas no. is 800803 and my gas agency is HP Gas Aanad Stores, Shaepur Chowk, Karwal Nagar. This agency is not given to me a second cylinder as they are says that cylinder is not coming from the agency they also promise to me that they give to me a cylinder on 21.01.09 but not given they also pressure me to buy a gas pipe & service charges and they book first gas cylinder booked on .3.3.09 but not given to me first purchase gas pipe & service charges I agree to give service charge but they cannot take it. The incarge of this agency Mr. Ashok says that we have no problem if you can complaint our high level & his behaviour is very rudely. The weight of cylinder is not full almost 2-3 kgs. gas are short.

I hope you take necessary action in this matter & solve my problem as the earliest possible.

you can get a Too Too Too Sound that means handset is not kept properly in the receiver (In Trivandrum Exchange if phone is busy the busy message will come)

you call after 1 or 2 hours you can get creem... creem... creem... sound nobody attend the phone

Bharat gas/ LPG home — Non delivery & poor response

I am one of the regular users of the Bharat gas since1987. I have booked my gas requirement on 8.4.09 after 30days receipt of the previous booking. Even after repeated reminder the gas agency is not minding to supply the gas. Please note that more than 40days are over, but till date they have not supplied the gas. This is not the first occasion, it is a continuous process to them. Earlier booking was accepted by them in 21days, but the past one year the booking will be accepted by them only after 30days from the receipt of previous supplied gas. Even if we call on 29th day they are rejecting the request and accepting it only after 30days. I bring to your kind attention that if family is running with 5members how can we manage without gas especially offiec goers & school children. An attractive ad is made every where that EASY BOOKING QUICK DELIVERY. Is it true in my case. My consumer No. is 3308. we are using the bharat gas for the past few years we have always a problem in booking a cylinder through the phone number provided by the distributor. The telephone number always busy are it will ring and no one response the call and we are tired to book the cylinder over phone is very tough for us. Bharat Gas — No response when making call

Whenever i tyr to make a call to know whether the cylinder was delivered or not, from the two numbers one will always be switched OFF and the other wont be lifted.

I want to take this issue to higher authorities.It is their duty to deliver the gas as per delivery date that they have intimated us.

Also i will make media to have an eye on this agency.

I booked cylinder before 12th of may 2009, but I could not get the cylinder till today. I went many times,
they say bill is not ready. Another problem is they are not deliver to home, deliver at some road points & also take excess money which is 35 to 40 ruppes more than a bill.

I send many mails to your concern but I didn't get any answer from your side, this problem is not only for me, it is also for everyone in the locality.

Dear sir,
I got tranfered from Avinashi to Thirupattur, Vellor Dist T.N. The very next day i.e on 8th june I met the agency of that place. As per their request, I summitted my transfer voucher xerox copy with cell number. So far, I have not received any communication from the agency.Now, I have misplaced my original voucher copy. Had the registration done it on that day itself, this would not have happened.

I have another xerox copy of the voucher and gas book of the Avinashi agency. Is this ok to get gas connection? or What should I do to get gas connection at the earliest? I have got two children. One is one month old and another is 6yrs old. Please help me in this regard.

We are a customer of RADHA GAS AGENCIES, Coimbatore, TAMILNADU. I'm really vexed because of the worst service provided by this gas agencies. Till date not even a single time they have done us the delivery properly. Every month literally it's like a battle we do to get our gas cylinder. I'm very sure that they are booking our cylinder in their convienient time & they are giving to people outside to make money. When we do the booking the are so rudely giving bad excuses. Everybody are into this malpractise. Your Lady staffs at the booking center, all the men who come for delivering the gas cylinders. I do have noted down their names. The lady who books the cylinder is Ms. Priya & the guy who brings the cylinder is Murugeshan. We need some serious action to be taken against this malpractises. This problem really shoots up our Blood Pressure. Every month we make not less than 50 calls & reminders for them to bring our cylinder. But inspite of this many calls, our efforts goes vain. PLease take serious action against it. We are so irritated that some good changes have to brought to this. I dont know whom to contact, so am dropping you this complaint in this complaint box. You can always contact me in the number mentioned below. Kindly do the needful & i know this is a big, reputed company. Please don't let your company name get spoiled due to people like these who are working in this RADHA GAS AGENCIES. There are lots people suffering like me. I expect a positive action from your side.

Dear sir,
I am the customer of Bharat Gas of Pankaja Gas Agency, Vidya Nagar, Akola.(MS). Last some months agency not provide proper service to us. The Refill could not dilivere more than 1 month after a booking date. Now we brought the cylinder from godown ourself because the poor service of local dealer of Bharat Gas.
Many of customers are complaint like me, but the agency holder could not provide the good
service. Kindly think about my complaint and take action on them.

How could I believe the connection is genuine or fake ? Are BPCL have any system of verifying of lpg connection from internet site or any other means?

How does I would be a registered customer of LPG consumer when online services in m.p. is in very few city. By clicking option JABALPUR only gas distributor of jabalpur displayed, why all the agency who comes under jabalpur division not displayed.
please communicate in this regard to all gas agencies comes under jabalpur division or connect and give the option for each agency so as registration could be possible.
