[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Poor Response and Service

My first request is kindly call any of these phone number to book a gas[protected] / 25324905 / 65287775
Agent Dhanalakshmi Gas Agency
If you try for three days you will really understand how many consumer like me facing problem to book.
Speak or make some query to them you will find how they react or answer.
Any request just tell you will complaint to higher authority, you will find good answer. Pls try all this as a customer and you will really find what response a customer get with your agent.

Come and visit at the agents place wait as a common man for one hour
you will come to know many more things

I saw phone calls are ringing and without any attention the staff chatting over phone.

Suggession:
At the time of delivery of cylinder, If the house is locked. Stick a sticker or leave a note.
How will we know the cylinder person came for delivery when not at home.
Pls organize it is simple.
And customer may call and fix time for delivery or he may take self delivery.

if One dealer is handling more than 500 customers, i feel first he should organize himself (his setup) to handle 1000 customers

So that we all will never suffer.

i will compline to karm gas agency in odhav. mere paas ek batla hai. our agency walle sarvice ghar par nahi dete hai.our mai batla lene jata hun to aj kal ana aisa bolte hai our.dusro ko blak karte hai our side logo ko daka kilate hai. our jab koi coustemar un se saval karta hai to conection band karne ki damki dete hai.
aaj date[protected] hai our mene 2 ko batla likhya tha our muje bola gaya ki aap kabhi bhi aa kar le jana our mai jab lene gaya to muje 3 din baad aane ko kaha maine kaha ki sir aap har bar aap isi tarha muje dake khilate ho. our kabhi kabhi 2 din 1 din baad ghar paar bhej dete ho. to unohone ssaf inkar kar diya ki aap ko batla nahi milega our galat bhasa mai baat karne laga. fir maine compline karne ki baat ki to tera conection band kar denge aisa kaha our.

I have been transferred from Delhi to Panchkula Sector-15 and applied for new gas connection with Bharat Gas - Inder Gas Agencies, Sector-11 Panchkula. New gas connection is required since I was living with my parents in Delhi. It is almost three and half months have been passed being applied for new gas connection with Inder Gas Agencies of Bharat Gas dealer and almost one month for visit of the Authorities to my residence as their inspection. On Friday the 13th May 2011 when I visited Inder Gas Agencies to enquire about my connection it was stated by them that on inspection they have seen already installed gas cylinder and stove hence my application is rejected. They have also stated that my case is almost gone but if I opt for purchase of New Gas Stove from them, I may alloted new gas connection. Which I objected and called their head office at Ambala to Mr. Chirag Manocha, who really a good human being and assured to get the matter solved within two three days time.

In this regard my request to the Authority is, being transferred from Delhi to Panckhula if I would wait for three to four months to get new gas connection how would I be able to prepare food along with my family, wife and two kids. My co-resident have given me one of their cylinder along with gas stove and as per Inder Gas Agciecies, it is crime to take help from others, therefore, new connection is not alloted to me.

gas cylinder — Delivery Period /No proper services

I have booked Gas refill on 20.01.2012 (20 th January, 2012), but still we have not delivered the refilled gas. All the numbers are getting engaged. Right from 6 days I am following up for the cylinder. Once in a day I got the number Mr. Pawar once told me that she will make arrangement to send the cylinder but all invain.

Please do the needful.

Bharat Gas — Nobody answering the phone...

I have been calling Ratan gas agency since five days on various numbers...but nobody responds or takes the call...I am just so fed up of trying their number....[protected]/ [protected]/ 48/ 53..... I have faced similar problem so many times and I don't know how people can be so irresponsible.
My experience of booking and getting cylinder refill from Natraj Gas Agency, Kothrud, Pune is the worst.Inspite of the facility of booking refill by sending SMS or by giving a "missed call" being available the system is never working. The consumer has to perforce go to their office to book. The waiting period ranges from 10 to 15 days. No waiting number is given to the consumer. Something needs to be done to afford relief to the consumer.

I amfacing problems in getting cylinder refill from Bharatgas agency, Natraj gas Agency, Kothrud, Pune. Their SMS booking and missed call system is never working.the waiting period ranges from 10 days onwards.I have booked cylinder on 8th Feb and am still to get it as on today, i.e. 20th Feb. Will someone tke cognisance. ?

cooking gas — not responding to my phone calls

This is regarding Gas booking from J.N.Enterprises, they dont respond to our phone calls, and if we ask them about gas related questions they dont answer them properly, gas has been booked since but they r taking 25 to 30 days to deliver the gas. What do we do if this is the problem.
I am S. Gopakumar at Puliyarakonam, Trivandrum - Bharat Gas Consumer No. 39088. On 4.6.13 around 1.30 PM, one person, claiming to be a representative of MP Gas Agency visited my house showing a Notice purported to be authorised by Bharat Gas, visited my house at Puliyarakonam when I was away and my wife was only available. My wife could not resist his claim; that person after seeing the gas stove and cylinder issued a 'Check List for inspection' demanding Rs.80/- which my wife was forced to pay. On my reaching the house I could notice the following:

1. The check list (No.6924) issued by the representiative was wrongly tick marked in a few places;
2. The check list did not contain the official seal of MP Gas Agency or Bharat Gas to believe its authenticity.
3. The Notice claiming that MP Gas Agency was authorised to arrange checking the gas connection and service was not published in any newspaper or such other media wherein the public should be informed of this arrangement and the payment of fee.

Under this circumstance, I am at loss to believe that the above arrangement purported to be with the authority of Bharat Gas. I request the authority concerned to probe this matter for redressal under intimation to me.
