dear sir My name is Mohammad Waseem and i am a correspondent from These Days english daily news paper, Mera counsumer no. 24067 hai, mera gas agencie wala har baar bahut paresaan karta hai,wo 01 month sai pehle gas ki booking hi nahi karta hai, aur har baar booking karne kai kam sai kam 10 din baad delivery karta hai, aur wo jis din delivey deta hai us date sai 30 din kai baad new booking karta hai, jab ki aap ki taraf sai 21 din kai baad delivery kaa rules hai, is baar bhi maine[protected] ko booking karaya tha, but aaj date 11 nov tak bhi usnai delivery nahi deya tha, aur wo black mai cylinder haatho haath deta hai, us agencie kaa adrees hai- Rahul Agencies bharat petroleum distributor 31/ 5 jangpura ext, new delhi 110014 tel no. 24311107, 24312373, 24312374 mere aap sai request hai ki is distributor kai khilaaf karyawahi kare. thanking you Mohamad Waseem Was this information helpful? dear sir,
last three years we are not properly recived gas...
after booking at least 13 to 17 days he will take dilvary the gas..
he is giving silly ansers...realy we are fedup the this agence..

last month 21st we booked still we are not recived alredy 15 days over...
at least we went 3 to 4 time to ask the gas delvary...

Sir, My consumer no: 9879, i book the gas past (12/Jul/10) 30 days before but till (09/Jul/10) not received the gas cylinder. Agency name: Shri sathiya sai gas agency, chennai - 600019, every month his not delivery properly at home. Their sell for the cylinder tea shops, and hotels. please take action about the agency. and if could not proper delivery cancel this agency ship.

Note: Bill printed 7 days before day of delivery.

My residence is in Chalisgaon we have your costumer since 20 years ( customer no is 396- Priyanka Gas Agencies, Chalisgaon- Dist- Jalgaon ) &amp; Bharat Gas Identity is in India welknown &amp; Prompt service provided to Customer but I regret that your company fail service providing in Chalisgaon this is not only my concern they are lot of facing same problem since few years.

I have on line booking on dated 15-Jan-2015 but till this date I have not received Gas cylinder.

Kindly look in to the matter &amp; i hope next time give to me prompt service.
