Bharat Gas - non receipt of LPG refill

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 09.12.09 but yet today on 25.12.2009 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s. Ashwani Enterprises, Distributor of Bharat Gas, Delhi.

I HAVE BOOKED A CYLINDER AT NIMAR JYOTI GAS AGENCY KHANDWA MP CON.NO.10509 45 DAYS BEFORE. STILL TODAY I HAVE NOT GOT REFILL
