I had booked my refill Consumer No (33746) on 16th feb and it is almost two weeks, still there is no sign of delivery in the coming ten days. The reason why I am stating is that the females handling the calls at SREE VENKITESWARA GAS AGENCY TRICHUR does not any clue as to when the gas cylinder will be delivered.
Now please let me know from your side as why there is delay in the supply and if so for how long...
if it is local distributor problem then pull him up because the Bharat Gas is one of the best in terms of customer satisfaction and it should not be compromised.

Dear Sirs,

I have a connection No. K-23489 with Dammo Enterprises, Vivek Vihar-II, D.D.A Flats, Jhilmil Colony Delhi since 15 years. But now, I have suffered due to not delivery in properly.

I booked my refill Consumer No K 23489 on 27th March.09 and it is almost two weeks, still there is no sign of delivery in the coming ten days. In this regard, I have already remind two times but all in vain and this is the regular practic since one year. They reply me that I have received the short & delay delivery instead of full, we can' t delivered the cyclender in time.

Now please let me know from your side as why there is delay in the supply and if so for how long...
if it is local distributor problem then pull him up because the Bharat Gas is one of the best in terms of customer satisfaction and it should not be compromised. I hope you will take the action and inform me

my consumer No. is t 1740 with M/s National Gas Services, Hisar.
I booked refilling of LPG cyliner on 19.12.2009. The Cylinder has not so far been delivered. The officials are not attending the telephone call too.

I have not received the refill booked by me on 03.01.2010 (Ref no. 483749). The name of my gas dealer is Sharman Gas Agency, Krishna Nagar, Delhi 110051. Kindly help me.

Bharat Gas refill delivery service in Dombivli East the worst. The Chiatanya Gas Agency (Code no.371728)is the culprit. There are thousands o[censored]nsatisfied consumers. Each and every time the delivery takes more than one month.Itis herad that the delivery men sale the cylinder in black taking 50 odd rupees over the price. On contacted all the telephone lines are continuously busy. If once in a blue moon it got connected, the person in agncy ,reiterates one line each time "cylinder will be delivered tommorrow" and the tommorrow never comes. Further query is arrogantly replied.
I am tapping another options as other companies are promptly delivering the gas refills.
Dear sir, i m yoginder n my customer id is 64078926. i have booked my refill cylinder on 1 feb vide booking no 478056. MY distributor no 135280 is giving fishy replies that we r not getting cylinders from company but they have delivered the cylinder to other person in time. I have done complaint about this with complaint no 498676 on 28 feb 15. but didnot got aNY response till now. My distrbutor is distributing cylinder refill daily but still i have not got it. I m not getting any clue about what to do next. Either they are black markeTing the cylinder or customers are treated in biased maNner depeNding upon the status. Please do thE neEdful now its more than a month...regards..

Complaint: After March 2015 ending, 1st time on 16.5.2015 I have booked to refill the cylinder but till now he has not delivered me the same. When I complaining about that on 21.5.2015, he told me that, his record has not updated with the Bharat Gas till that time, so you have to book for refill once more time after 24 hours from that time. So I did as he told, then I got the delivery but the INVOICE/Receipt has printed with Sub 2/12, it means 2nd cylinder out of 12 of the year 2015-16. This discrepancy I have brought to the notice of Distributor on the same day on 22.5.2015.

Hereby I request your honour kindly to look into this matter and arrange to send my 1st cylinder or please take necessary action against the fraud distributor.
