bhagwati gas service — non- delivery after 10-11 days

dear sir,
i booked sylender before 10 days but i hadnot recieve sylender hten i again booked my sylender on 5 oct but they dont delevered sylender,

I have a single cyllender connection of bharatgas since 2007, my consumer number is 17191.My Cyllender Refill 10-15 days after booking. But now i want to convert my connection in DBC. But when i asked for it from the dealer but there is no satisfactory answer is given.I am give application to My Bharatgas distributor Shaheed Sub. Balbir Singh Gas Agency Derabassi Dist. Mohali (punjab) by hand dt. 26-11-09, By regd. 22-2-10, by regd. 4-3-10 & many times persnally meet to distributor. I am suffering from a big problem. It is requested that please provide me the DBC connection as soon as possible. I shall be thankful to you for this.

my consumer no. is 23104, Navin Dabhada, Virar-401303, Thane, Maharashtra, distributor 'Anita Gas, I have booked LPG Cylinder for refilling on 1st August, 2011, booking no. 121352 dt. 1.8.11, but till today I have not received the LPG Cylinder delivery even after 4 times reminder.
Please look into the matter on priority basis and kindly do the needful for delivery of LPG Cylinder

But when i asked for it from the dealer Anand Gas Agency Badarpur Delhi but there is no satisfactory answer is given. Pls help to take BDC.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I am Rajbir having consumer Id:[protected], this is the second chance when my connection has been blocked, now i am unable to use the facilities. Second if online services has been initiated by bharat Gas it is really appreciable, but whenever we are applying for DBC the agency asking about documents, as we already submitted all documents at the time of connection then why are they asking for documents.
so many time they raise different queries or block this connection.
it is really harassed the consumers as i am harassed.
