[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Delayed delivery

With due respect i want to say that i am a consumer of your gas agency super care agency in dwarka, harijan colony. My consumer number is 3250 by the name of mr.Anil kumar. I have booked a delivery for the delivery on dated 05/03/2008. But they neither send me any delivery at time nor give me satisfactory answer about that. I have tried many time on phone for delivery but they answer that today your delivery will be send to you but they didn’t sent. I am in very much trouble. Tell me is this type of attitude is appropriate with the customer?

Dear Sir,
I wish to lodge a complaint against our gas booking located at Phoolpur Sambhavi gas agencies, Allahabad. The complaint is regarding the late/delayed delivery of gas cylinders at location of the customer. Invariably 15 days are taken by them to deliver the cylinders at residences and that too after a number of telephonic and personal reminders. Till date inspite of eight verbal reminders, the gas cylinder has not been delivered.
May I request you to have necessary action in this regard taken and further recurrences avoided. i would also request that the company rules on home delivery be intimated to me.
I would request to be kept informed of the action taken in this regard. I maybe contacted at [protected]

Bharat Gas — delay in delivery of cylinder & extra charges

There has been a delay in the delivery of cylinder, even after two reminders in 10 days the cylinder has not yet been delivered. The reason I guess is I did not pay anything extra on delivery of my last cylinder.

TANYA Gas agency is not supplying gas cylinder. my gas cylinder has been finished ( I have only one cylinder ) ,I had booked Gas cylinder on 19.08.2011 but they haven't provided till now(07.09.2011). my family members are going there, they are simply saying tommorow you will get cylinder. today, 18th days had been passed, but we never get cylinder. how we can survive?

cooking gas agency — Cylinder not delivered on time

Sir, I've booked for refill cylinder before 1 month. I've received the message as "Cylinder has been delivered" on before one week but the cylinder is still not received. When enquired, the employees working there are very harsh & not giving proper response. Kindly help in this regards.

Cylinder Booked And agency committed delivery time as 7-8 days.But All most 15-23 Day Gone Till Not receive Cylinder.Made a follow-up call Again Agency Promise To Deliver within 3 day But still not delivered. On follow up the Dealer They said that There Is Shortage Of Supply By Company. All Most My standby cylinder Also Getting finish Within two Days it will over . What To Do No One Care About The Customer Service .why this happening continuously .If Company Cant Able To Do Then Pls handover To Private Sector .They Understand Feeling Of The Customer .Other Wise Change The Distributor

I have booked the gas 3 weeks earlier and still I dodn get the gas. I have been calling them for the past two days and they are so reluctant to pick up the calls.They need to cahnge their attitude and be more customer centric.

From Sept.2012 I availed only 2 Gas Refilling as delivery date is 1)28.09.2012 and 2)24.11.2012 and now this is my 3rd attempt of Gas Reffling. But you charge 916/-for this 3rd time Gas Reffiling which Delivery on 16.01.2013 by giving Receipt.
Please do the needful in your Records Subsidary & Without Subsidary as early as possible and refund my balance amount OR this Adjusted in Next Reffiling.
