[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Delayed delivery

I am consumer of bharat gas agency named as Harihant Gas Agency, sholapur bazar, camp, pune-411001 .My Connection (consumer number) no is 5439, My name is Dhamramsingh Rana.we reside on first floor and i am suffering of my heart injury so i never pick up the cylinder. I am using the single cylinder, i was getting the last cylinder 16/03/2013. i am booked on the next cylinder 13/04/2013, till date i am not received next cylinder, so many time this happen with me. i am asking more than 10 times to the agency directly, they said not proper answer, every time MR. singh the delivered man said we deliver on tomorrow and take extra charges for deliver cylinder and also not given the proper response, please take this issue serious, because we are suffering on every times, please do the needful,

I had applied for New LPG Connection of Bharat Gas 4 Months ago. My connection waiting id no. is 3059099 of Bharat Gas to our area distributer RATHI GAS SERVICE, Sec-37, Faridabad, Haryana. This connection is named with AMIT KUMAR SHARMA. Address is 12/32, Railway Guard Colony, Near Shiv Durga Vihar Colony, Lakkarpur, Faridabad, Haryana. After KYC Clearance i have visited agency with required documents on 30 March 2013 they checked my document and told me they don't have stock currently and they mentioned on our documents a date and told me please come on 12 July 2013. then today i had called to distributer to ask the final cost of connection. they told me same now that they don't have stock currently please come after 2 months. I had also given a complaint to customer care [protected] and my complaint no is 40179875. till date i did't receive any resolution for that. it has been already 4 months to apply to connection. i'm very needy for that. I had to contact many times at this agency but not get any satisfactory answer i am very disturbing. Sir please look in matter and do as need full thanks.

My name is Jitendra Prasad Singh, DOB[protected], and Mother name- late manka devi. I had applied for new connection my KYC no. is -4644582 ON shahganj gas services 120139, SHAHGANJ, JAUNPUR. But it is showing another LPG connection exists in the address you have provided in your request, as suggested your costumer care noida I had field ABC form submitted to SHAHGANJ GAS ERVICE. GAS AGENCY, Person came at my home and checked and report submitted at 2-7-2013 . Yesterday I had checked on gas agency but it is still not clear kindly help me.

Ihave booked a cylinder on 10-sept.-2013 & they delivered online and send delivered sms but ihave not recived any cylinder. My booking no. Is 69200283.And in deliver sms date is[protected]. Whenever i talk to them on phone they said that today your cylinder will be send but they did not yet delivered the same. So my family suffered very tensons they have difficult to manage kitichan. So.

My consumer no.is 15168. I have booked for gas on November 19. Till this date no supply. When checked with the distributor I am told it would take about 25 days. Last time also the delivery was delayed. From the delivery receipt it was found that the receipt was dated on 10th of October but the delivery was given on 27th. Request your intervention in the matter.

Dear Sir,
My complain against the refilled cylinder. While I weight the filled cylinder its always 25 to 26 kg only. I request so many times to hawker(deliverable person) but he always gives other reasion. Also seal is broken. The name of hawker is Shri Ram-[protected](Mathura).
Kindly accept the complain against the responsible person.

Sir,
I have booked the refill cylinder on dated 21st Dec., 2013 & booking Ref No is 24057472, but guilty above person has not delivered the refill cylinder to till date and Delivery man are blacking the maximum gas cylinder in open market Begumpur & ors place

Kindly look into the matter personally and taken the strongly action against above agency person & solved my problem also.

I have never seen such a pathetic service of Bharat gas... no use of any complaints to anyone... they are making people foolish... even if we dial regional office, head office no use... only solution is to get rid of this useless people and try other connection... Fiinally i am gong to do that after my 25 days of fight with these ... Wondering how come they are finding reason everyday ( Delivery person leave, out of stock, emergency call will supply today...etc...

times i ask about gas cylinder but they answer that we will send your delivery tommorrow but they didn't...today is 28/10/2014 and there is no gas cylinder delivery at my home...so i book newly today...please do something and send me gas cylinder delivery

Bharat Gas — complaint against delivery

Sir we have book LPG on 27-april-2015. Booking no. Is[protected]. But the gas does not delivered till today. And the delivery men demands the extra charges. Gas agency details - Raghav gas agency Dadri gutam budh nagar. 203207

no delivery ..lasting 2 months...from last 4 years

I m the consumer of lpg barat gas..there r huge irrespnsibility to deliever my cyleder..myno 42000...gorakhpur district u p.

Delay Delivery forever

We have booked gas cylinder on 19th Oct.2014. But as on date cylinder has not deliverd by agencies. that happend occured more time with me. please suggest what can I do againest Neelam Enterprises.

This is to inform you that i am a consumer of your gas agency ambar gas agency, aurangabad my gas connection no. Is 72707912. I have booked a cylinder on[protected] but till date[protected] they have not delivered the cylinder. Whenever i talk to them personally on agency they said that today your delivery will be send but they didn’t yet delivered the same. This happens on every month they normally take 12 to 15 days to deliver the cylinder. It would be very difficult for us to track them all the time. Phone lines of the agency is normally very busy.
