[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

I am using a connection of Bharat Gas, i have a single cylinder my consumer no. is 34574 and my cylinder got empty on 6/12/2008 and i called up in there office but i didnt get any satisfactory reply from them. They dont even reply properly on phone and dont tell there name also with whom i am talking and every time they tell to call after 3 to 4 hours. I call them every time and they say that i dont have any complain and i didnt talk with you before, on 8th dec.2008 they noted my booking and said that i will get the cylinder next day but till today 11/12/2008 1.00 pm they didnt send my any cylinder, i called them up right now but no reply, so how is it possible with me to survive with single cylinder in this manner they even dont give me the 2nd cylinder and before also every time they create shortage of cylinder and tell me to purchase tea packets from them if i want cylinder and even they charge excess rate for cylinder and dont even give receipts when demanded, so i request you to look into the matter at the earliest as i am suffering a lot from this.The dealer name is Satish Enterprises and the address is 24, 25 Dewanjali Appartment, Resimbag, Nagpur. Phone No. 2747360, 2740685.Please take this matter as most important because no only me but many peoples are suffering from this kind of service.

I Staying at Bhayander ( West). I registered my Gas with Akshay Gas Services at Bhayander ( WEST). Whenever (after one month) I book'd gas every time they replying it will take 4 to 7 days, when the truck come's, will deliver to you. Every time they complianting to Bharat Gas company, is not enough to distributing the gas distributor's. Sir, this is the last six month problem I facing with Akshay Gas Service.

The Cost of Gas Cylinder Being Rs.336.99 is always being charged as Rs 340 & Other than this there is a serious doubt of gas cylinders being sold in BLACK

i want the detail descreption of the bill of new Bhart Gas connection.
because the subdeler here in shahpura (dist jaipur) has taken 5040r. and give one cylander, one ragulater with pipe, one cooker, one chula and some rise and tea.whan we not purchage think, subdeler canot give gas connecation .
Sir i want to know that cooker, chula, and some rise and tea must to purchage from subdeler.
plz help me.
i will be very happy if i get the detail information .

The service is horrible and every time they say that it will 4-5 days for delivery and even they don't pick the phone lines or it is ringing or it is enagaged .

Bharat Gas / Rohit Gas Agency — Unable to contact on old numbers

Kindly tell us new booking numbers of Rohit Gas Agency, Shiva Market, pitampura for booking cylinders and our consumer number is 4570 because we are not able to get your old numbers.

i booked a gas cylinder on 13/12/08.But after somedays they said that we did not book anything.So i booked again on 22/12/08.but still no response from them.And another thing is, if we call them to book cylinder they never attend my phone call and so i have to visit the office directly for booking.I suffer a lot with your bad service.please take some action favour to the customers of our area.

Sub.: Delay in delivery of LPG cylinder & poor service of dealer

I Mr. Manoj Mahata, consumer of Bharat LPG, bearing cons. No.RG23833 of Surya Gas Service, (Ph:[protected], (earlier Raj gas agency, which has no whereabouts.) Dist- Jhansi (UP) made booking on 11.12.08.then visited the dealer again on 27.12.08 and sinse 28th am calling on this no. everyday.Everyday he is assuring me delivery on the next day but till now I have not recieved the delivery. The dealar even tells us to call upon the delivery man to get the delivety and the delivery man tells me to come on some road to collect the cylinder from company truck.

My Name is chandra bhushan singh. I have boked my Gas (R G No. -22511) at Bahart Gas delear located al Jhansi (U P) dated 05.11.08.
when i asked the delivery then every timer they are giving "Next day" date.
Till date i have not received the cylender. This is happening in Bharat gas delear only. All other distributor giving the cylender on the same day.
Probably they are doing the job by blacking of cylenders to their knows or banificial persons.
Every customer which have the Bharat gas connection has gone irritated and want to leave or change the company.

Bharat Nihal Gas — Regarding Cylinder not received

i booked a refilling request on my connection No 20498 on December Last Week. But till Date we have not received the Cylinder. After Telephonic Discussion his saying ki cylinder is deliverd already. which is a bharat gas connection and the dealer is m/s Nihal gas agencies, Mayur Vihar-II, Delhi-110091. So I requested to you Plz provide the Cylinder immediately.

My Complaint No.0477 com From Varun Gas Service ( School road khanpur near Ambedkar Nager depot Khanpur New Delhi 110062 ) I have taken this complaint No. dated 22.12.2008 But Till Date Now I have not received any cylinder we are daily make a call but agency not taken our phone call wring the bell regularly but they cut the call immediately.

We are worried about it please do need full.

Bharat Gas — BHARAT GAS CYLINDER LATE DELIEVERY

BPCL PRODUCT BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTOR M/s GULAB GAS AGENCY, GANDHI PATH, VAISHALI NAGAR, JAIPUR 302021 IS NOT GIVING CYLINDER REFILL DELIVERY IN TIME. TAKING 8-15 DAYS AFTER BOOKING AND MOREOVER GIVING CYLINDERS WITH LESS LPG GAS.THIS AGENCY DISTRIBUTOR BEHAVIOUR IS ALSO NOT GOOD.

WHEN TRY TO CONTACT BPCL REGIONAL OFFICE JAIPUR, NO REPLY FROM PHONE NO BUDY PICKING THE PHONE.

My gas cylinder got over 5 days ago. I ma trying to book the gas form Sri Munnuswamy Gas agency, velacheri chennai but I cant get through the phone line.

i have hold gas connection No. 14186 with Delhi Gas Agency, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059

further i am inform you that i have book gas cylinder at 25.12.2008 but i have not found gas till date

i also book at 05.01.2009 again cylinder but no responce till date.

Please look this matter.

MADAM ENTERPRISE MADIWALA BANGALORE is the most BHARAT GAS AGENCY I have seen in my life... can anyone close this GAS AGENCY, anyways it doesnt do good to anybody. It of no use

I am residing in Halasuru, Bangalore - 560 008 and my connection No. is 11981. Since 14 years I am customer of Bharat Gas - Mahalakshmi Gas Distributer, Indiranagar, Bangalore - 560 038. (100423). I booked my gas 20 days back i.e 28.12.2008, till date i.e. 13.01.2009. they have delivered the gas cylinder. Their services is worst among other gas distributors. Whenever we call it is always engaging (6 lines are there) Today I tried for their 6 lines in that 6 lines one is out of order and other lines are busy. One more thing delivery boys behaviour is always rough. You have to pay Cylinder charges + Rs.10/- extra then only they will deliver the gas cylinder. When I complaint the above matter to the mahalakshmi gas distributor they are telling it is optional. PLZ LET US KNOW, HOW CAN WE CONTINUE THE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU IF WE ARE NOT GETTING PROPER SERVICE FROM YOUR SIDE AND NOT EVEN PROPER REPLY ON PHONES. THE BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH US IS WORST.
