Bharat Gas Company — inefficient staff | |||
I had applied for a new gas connection on 30 November 2012 . it took 2 months to clear waiting online. i live in aditya park, hari om nagar that is in mulund east (mumbai) and i had submited my papers in sai baba gas agency that is in thane east as this agency supplies service to our area. when finally my no. came i got sms on 2nd Feb to submit my papers to gas distributor agency in mulund - prasan gas co... as a result i went to sai baba agency and told them to give my papers back. then i went to prasan gas company to submit my papers. there they refused to submit the papers as my home is not within there service area .but the staff was helpful and made some alteration online on the site and informed me that now thane east branch would accept my registration. they told its the mistake of sai baba agency and there staff should have checked this online and made alteration there and it would have taken hardly a minute to them. then again i went to sai baba agency to submit my papers back but inspite of doing that there staff told me to fill a new form again online for a new connection with changed address . and when again my no. comes i should submit the papers . when i requested her to check it online, the staff of other gas agency had added our area to there agency then she payed a little effort and submited my papers after checking online. the staff sitting in thane east branch of bharat gas agency (sai baba) is so inefficient and inspite of doing a bit of work and solving the problems the keep sending u back again and again for such petty reasons.. kindly employ some efficient staff in your sai baba agency of thane east please Was this information helpful? | |||
