date-3 septmber 2007. but Pankaj gas agency have not
delivery of gascylinder to me. i four times go to
pankaj gas agency but there is no response from
agent.SO PLEASE SEND ME ARGENT GAS CYLINDER AND PLEASE
CHANGE MY GAS AGENT.

WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GAS-CYLINDER DESPITE THE FACT THAT THE BOOKING WAS DONE ON 14/02/2008 ( BOOKING NO.08 ) BY ASWHNI ENTERPRISES AGENCY ( AUTHORISED DEALER OF BHARAT GAS) AT Delhi.
WHEN EVER I TRIED TO BOOK THE CYLINDER. THEIR PHONE LINE IS ALL THE TIME BUSY. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY KEEP THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK.
I REQ. TO U PLS SHORT OUT OUR PROBLEMS AS EARLY THIS IS NEEDFUL

my coustomer id is 26150 at COOKLEEN gas agency.
city- Kolkata (W.Bengal). I have booking my cylinder
date-15.02.2008 and registered my booking order as 7592 but COOKLEEN gas agency does not
delivered the gas cylinder to me. i had several times rang them up for the same, but they replied as we have already received the cylinder. Where as they did not supplied the gas cylinder.More over after that COOKLEEN gas agency not willing to respose my phone calls or hang me up on phone line only. And fore me up to do a new booking for refill. now I'm helpless and did as they wish.
I think this kind of harrasment, callousness & rude behavior of bharatgas agent is not tolarable. I stongly protest against this kind of matter and need your intervention to resolve the matter.

my connection no. DG 7524 M/S Dixit Gas Seva Dedha Market Vill : Khichripur Delhi 110091 Phone :22770247, [protected] booked on18-08-09 not deliver till now 18-09-08. Owner of the gas agency said to me that in a survey she found pipeline gas connection in our house, but it is absolutly incorrect or false we do not have any pipe line connection and we are on rent in this accomodation i have send an application with rend deed and my running telephone connection prove for the delivery of gas cylender but she refused to deliver what should we do, should we go to the court of law or any other agency of investigation.

Two Years Ago I Purchase One connection of bharat gas and they gave me only one cylinder and told me that After some days you take second cylinder on same connection and still now i have only one cylinder because whenever i went to bharar gas agency to take second cylinder they told me now the connection is closed please come after some days so this is request to you please give the second cylinder I am facing so many problem i hope you accept my request and give me the cyinder

silinder — NOT RECEIVED GAS SILENDER

I am consumer of D.S gas agency budh vihar in NEW DELHI . my name is mukesh singh and consumer number is 7335. i book on[protected] for home dilivery but gas is not diliver untill today[protected] .
i am calling everyday for FIVE to SIX times at the number27532509 and 25472197.

my cunsumer no.vg20157, i had been book on date 05-05-09 at 10:21 am to mobile no.[protected] by SMS for gas supply.
but not get any responce after many requists.
mostly it's activties always behave by VIDYA GAS SERVECE (dealer of bharat gas agency)

Barna gas at Nayagarh pin code 752069 does not booking gas on phone. if books no booking No. or date given ., aiso many times doese not responds the phone.

My consumer no is 14485 I have booked gas cylinder on dated:2.10.09 but I have not yet received gas cylinder .kindly send my cylender as soon as possible.

Bharat Gas — Non Received Gas cylinder in Time

I am booking the gas for refiling after 25 dasys on 24.10.2009 but not recived the gas cylinder till date,always send the dealar gas cylinder after phone remender.
kindly do the need full regarding my complaints . My gas Details as given below.

we are the consumer of bharat gas thru shri balaji agencies,no.7,north gate s.s.colony,madurai.625010.we are shifted it from narimedu madurai625002.to viwanathapuram madurai 625017and booked gas on that day they delivered.after that we booked gas on 11.01.2010 after 12 days they told that present area is not covered by them so transfer your connection to k k nagar . this delay makes us very difficult to get gas from the new agencies now we are suffering with out gas for the past seven days

I ordered on[protected] the order no. is 500177 but still now there is no cylinder delivered at our resisdence.

Dear Sir we have booked the gas cylinder on 04/02/09 on telebooking number and they have promised that your cylinder will be delivered on 18/02/09 but till date i haven't received the gas and even we don't have the gas at home due to which we are following up with the agency on a daily basis but their is only one answer will be delivered by tommmorow but thate tommmorow doesn't come.


And Mr. Chezani the area manager of that area is also not picking up the call .

i have booked my number on 25th feb..
on march 3rd when i asked them about delivery they said u will get it by 5 pm ...bt not delivered..again i called them on 8pm they said it will be delivered in half an hour...but not received my cylinder.
now todat i called and they are saying booking of 25th is not yet delivered...how can this be possible...
i stay in wakab pune and my dealer is guru prasad agencies in aundh pune

I Mr Chandele Veerendra Bharat Gas Consumer having Consumer NO. 20300 in Mumbai, Distributor for our Gas is Diana Gas Agency, Nr Famous Studio, Worli.I have asked for the refill of Cylinder in first week of june`2010 but till today i.e.08.09.2010 have not recd the cylinder. If you want I can summit my Cell Phone Bill with itemized bill for the follow up I am doing till date. Every time I call the answer is you will get it. Once I was given waiting no.712 i.e. 2 or 3 August. After that you will get it. Now in today day my both Cylinder are Empty. And I having Lunch & DInner outside. In which I have already spend Rs.[protected] that is for cheap food which we can afford. Kindly help on the urgent basis.
