my customer No;23228 Sri balaji gas agency in Rayapuram Chennai cylinder delivery in 24.09.2011 no supply next cylinder

Not deliver cylinder at time

There is a complaint against the Bharat Gas i have booked a gas cylinder on dated 11/12/2011 and booking reference number is 15836643 and Gas agency is MILAND GAS SERVICE (VIKAS PURI NEW DELHI) but this is to inform u that still waiting for the last so many days i did not get a cylinder and i have to eat the dinner outstide u tell me whats the rule for that


The agency is not providing the refill delivery in time since last more than one year. As per rules, we cannot book the refill before 21 days of last delivery. Most often the agency workers do not response on the telephone nos. [protected] which is just kept ringing on, i think, on silent mode. In this procedure of refill booking a period of more than 5-7 days gets spend. After booking the refill, i am assured the delivery of refill within 4-5 days but the gas is not delivered for more than a month even on reminding regularly. Each time we contact the agency workers on telephone, they assure that the gas will be delivered the same day but the gas is not delivered for more than a month of booking the refill. In this procedure, a refill takes more than 2 months time from last delivery. In my view, the agency is involved in the black marketing of the gas therefore, not delivering the refill in time.
It is requested to go into the matter take the necessary action please.




why they delay in delivery and kindly take a strict action against this

Dear sir,
I am a consumer of LPG Gas from Bharat petroleum Agent name is Surya gas service,Jhansi.
I booked the cylinder on 12/01/12 and the agent assured to supply cylinder after a day but still i have not got my gas cylinder.This problem i face every time whenever i book my cylinder and whenever the hawker come to deliver the cylinder after when i make a complaint in D.M cntrol room in past they ask me for the extra money on each delivery
The agent swithced
off all his phone no.,so i am not able to contact them even. when i contact customer
complaint cell of BP,they convyence me instead of taking action against them. Please launch
a complaint against the dealer.

i had booked my bharat gas cylinder by online bahrat gas no.[protected] my bharat gas connection no.17819. agency name sharman gas service.. on dated 10 feb 2012. but cylinder not received yet 29 feb 2012 cylinder agent said i have no sleep of your no. branch not pick up the phone. so pls attention on my complaint. because of bad deliver i purchased a cylinder in balck that price rs 850rs. so return my excess money and delivered my ctlinder which booked on 10.2.12. pls heed on my complaint.thanks

Bharat Gas — LPG Cylinder not delivered

We have a LPG Gas connection of Bharat Gas with his distributor "Shiv Shakti Gas Service" at Nirankari Colony, Delhi-110009. We have two cylinder against connection no. 4369 in the name of Prem Singh, Address is H.No. 79, Gali No. 1-F, B-Block, Baba Colony, Burari, Delhi - 110084. Currently we have both the cylinders are empty, after so many reminder they are not delivering the cyliender even we have booked the same on time.

We are so frustrated about all this situation. They are not giving us proper response even on phone and face to face. you are requesrted pls lookinto this & help us to get the LPG cyliender.

Sumati Gas Agency,Ranchi — Non-delivery of domestic lpg cylinder

sumati gas agency is continously not delivering domestic gas to us for past 2 months.When we book a cylinder through sms , a reply comes that your cylinder is delivered but no delivery is made.I even find Sumati gas agency people delivering 5 cylinder to a person who is using it for commercial purpose.

I am trying to book the cylinder since last four days. But neither the distributor receive the phone nor he books the cylinder through sms which I have registered. Disttributor is in Nagpur - Narendra Nagar - Jwalaji Gas Distributor for Bharat Gas
