[Resolved] Bharat Gas Distributor — Overcharging and Non Refund of Connection | |||
Hi, I am user of Bharat Gas Service provided by distributor Sandesh Gas Agency,Pimpri,Pune. I took Non Subsidized connection in month of January 2013, spending 6500 INR compulsory buying stoves/hot plates and other extra accessories. After that I asked for so many times in getting the Non Subsidized connection to Subsidized one. Finally in end of June 2013, I was told to fill up the form for getting new subsidized connection and submit the same.I submitted along with required supporting documents for KYC. I was asked to pay 250 INR , don't know for what service and I got new receipt. I asked them if I can get refund of the amount paid extra in Non Subsidized connection, to which they replied that Govt has not taken any decision, you need to wait till then. I asked if I can get second cylinder at subsidized rate for which they said I need to pay additional 2650 INR and home delivery won't be provided by agency. I was so surprised to know all this kind of excuses and looked like the agency was in total mode of fetching money from customers. Can you please help here to get necessary justice to my gas connection refund. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

I have changed house, same thing i have changed Anugraha agency to Harikrishna Gas agency in Bangalore. They given new consumer Number. But main problem is they force to take other food product (Oil, Tea poweder etc..), according to them its must, is really must? is there any Govt, Rule?. If no rules please action with against them, they try to misguiding to public. Iam argue with him lots, no use at end.
Even unfortunately i have to take that moment, if you need receipt also will sending you.
How many days required to refilling time?

gas distributor — overcharge for domestic cylinder
i am forwarding this complain gainst the Mr. nakul Govenkar of mandrem from pernem taluka of north goa.he was charging per HPdomestic cylinder rupees 400/-i am requesting you to find whether he is the authorised dealer/distributor to sell the cylinder of HP.
he is selling also indane.BharatGas.
my request you to take the necessery action against the said person.

Bharat Gas — Charging extra money from the customer for first and second connection
I m the consumer of Bharat Gas in Koparkahirne, Navi mumbai from last one year.when i applied for first connection i have been ask to pay Rs.2850/- where i got receipt of Rs.900/-.Other then this they have charge me Rs.1700 for gas stove and requlater.Now when i want to get second connection in the same name they are asking me to pay Rs 2350/- again in which Rs.1400 will be deposited and rest amt will be tken by dealer. they are forcing to for extra money.
Dealer is saying that agains ur extra money they will give me USHA IRON with of Rs 400/-.
They are expolting customer in navi mumbai ny forcing to pay extra and return they are selling other company product.
kindly do the needfull and take the necessary action agains bharat gas and dealer in Koparkahirne Navi mumbai.
