[Resolved]  Bharat Gas : Gautam Enterprise — Service not satisfactory

I am a customer of Gautam Enterprise, Bharat gas, Dilshad Garden, C-3/G-2, Delhi-110095, Tele No.22585116, 22585119, 22597029 & my conection is 23786.
My complaint is agency is not booked & supply gas and selling it in black market and thrating me that you have two connections we will cencel it.
Please take n/a against the agency holder & help me.

Bharat Gas — MONOPOLI of DISTRIBUTOR

This is MANDIRHAUSAD, a villiage 15km away from RAIPUR, There is a sub-agency of BHARAT GAS. The gas distributer of the villiage always uses his monopolis in gas cylinder distribution e.g. on 25/02/2010 gas cylinder distribution he compels all the candidates, waiting for refill cylinder, to purchase with every refill cylinder a tea pack of 250gm (DOUBLE DIAMOND) worth Rupees 70/- ,from his custody, which is about Rupees 20/- high from retailer price. Without purchasing tea pack , no body get refill cylinder until the tea stocks finish . He also take Rupees 330/- for each cylinder . Also the gas supply is insufficient, irregular in cylinder distribution, CYLINDER sale in BLACK MARKET, no systematic distribution of refill cylinder, discriminatory treatment for local consumer or outsider cosumer etc. I request to the Authority for investigation and atlest fulfilment of refill cylinder in time .

I Naresh Kumar Jajua booked my cylinder on 22/09/2011 at Gautam Enterprises Dilshad Garden. My Consumer number is 19127, till date i could not get my cylinder. I met the person Mr. Ajay at Gautam Enterprises on 30/09/2011 and asked for the cylinder and not to pick up the phone, he replied we never attend the call between 1.00 to 2.00 pm becayse of lunch. I said O.K. I immediately rang the number 22585119 at 4.30 pm standing in front of Mr. Ajay no ring was at their phone but i was listening the ring at my mobile. I again asked Mr. Ajay you know what he replied we disconnect the line after 4.00 pm.Mr. Ajay told me on 30th of September your gas has been deliverd to the delivery man Rajinder and it will be affixed today i.e. 30/09/2011 or tommorow but till date 4/10/2011no result. It means either Mr. Rajinder delivered my cylinder to some one else or selling the cylinder in BLACK. In my point of view this agency should be black listed.

I have booked cylinder on[protected], till date I could not get my cylinder. I am ringing daily on above mentioned telephone nos. He is saying daily same word that today will be deliver but I could not get my cylinder till now.
Please take some necessary steps and I hope you will me a positive response.

i have booked my cylinder about before 9, 10 days. but i have not got my cylinder not yet. i m trying to contact, but they are saying daily, same reply, today will be delevered but, but i could not get my cylinder till now, plz take some necessary step, hope to have a favourable reply.

As per the delivery rules, cylinder should be delivered within 24hrs but Gautam Enterprise, Bharat gas, Dilshad Garden, C-3/G-2, Delhi-110095, Tele No.22585116, 22585119, 22597029 takes to deliver the cylinder more than 7 days after booking date and new cylinder is booked only after 21 days of last delivery due to this monopoly of Gautam gas, customers left without gas for few days.

Kindly take note of this harrassment monopoly of Gautam Enterprise.

yes! i agree with all complaints as aforesaid. Gautam Enterprises deliver cylinder within 10-15 days.

Dear Sir, I Anju Sharma, my gas id no is 15926 of Gautam Enterprises East Delhi, Dilshad Garden, (Bharat Gas Agency) Every time Delivery of cylinder is delayed for more than 8-10days after booking. My last booking was on 10/01/2015 order booking no.[protected] and my cylinder gas Agency was not delivered today on[protected] {delayed by 8 days)and not giving respond to my calls. We are regret to inform you, my cylinder not yet received. I went to Gautam enterprises Dilshad garden, but they said that your AADHAR no not yet updated. So, first you update your aadhar no. then gas cylinder delivered. I opened bank account and my aadhar details given to bank and agency also but i was not recevied my cylinder till now. But this is not your right to stop my cylinder delivery for aadhar card. Please help me and deliver my cylinder as early as possible. My Ph no is [protected]. Please contact me for any query regarding this.
