Bharat Gas - delay in delivery of gas and talk with bad manners

sir i am gourav bhatia from tohana and and i want to say my consumer number is 32509 and i have delay in gas delivery and the employee are not well behaviour they not gave the gas delivery at the proper time they have sale cylinder in black which more profitable to them

respceted sir, i am a citizen of tohana, near kali mata mandir road, my copy no. is 13407 and i am very angry about delay of my cylinder we book our
refile one month before. if i go for ask them they tell me 2-3 days your cylinder will come at your home. plese take a strong action aganst them. i think that you will be help me in this metter.
