bharat gas indore - transfer of cylinder

respected sir,
I am the consumer of bharat gas (cooking).CONSUMER NO-16213 . I have diposited cylinder in DAMAN branch & transferd my document to bharat gas. Indore
acording to bharat gas Indore 's instruction I have submitted all photocopy of document on dated 21/02/2009. til now I am not getting cylinder for cooking & I am suffering.

so I request to you kindly issue cylinder for cooking in INDORE BRANCH.

mob-9301456242..I beg to say that my gas connection is from Madhumita gas agency sanvid nagar.cunsumer no.-9622 and i booked cylinder at 9/12/2009 and the booking no. is 4174 and still 01/01/2010 i don't get my cylinder i booked.
I talked to hocker and in agency but they can't solve my problem...
So I kindly request you to think about my complaint and do something needfull for me...
