Subject: DELAY IN DELIVERY OF REFILLED LPG

Sir,
I regret to inform you sir, the following facts for your kind consideration and sympathetic action please.

I got LPG domestic Bharat Gas connection from MP Gas Agency, Thachottukavu, Peyad.PO, Trivandrum, Code: 621848 on 10th May 2011 providing consumer No. 48437 with single cylinder facility and second cylinder on 08th November 2011..

Since then I am facing (not only me alone) a lot of problem for refilled LPG. The complete details of date-wise refilled LPG issued to me is appended below:-

Now we are waiting since last issue for the re-filled gas cylinder. But no positive steps has
since been taken by them. This matter regarding delay in supplying re-filled gas has been brought to the notice of the Teritory Manager, BPL refilled station Kazhakuttom through phone at various occasion and finally a registered letter has also been sent to them on 13th September 2012..But no action has since been taken by them to correct system of delivery of re-filled gas cylinder or not ever to acknowledge of registered letter..
It is also submitted your kind information that refilled LPG is readily available in open market in my locality by paying Rs.200-300 more. Every week I am contacting the above agency for refilled LPG on which dated are scheduled for my area. The ready made answer is “Next Saturday” and they are not even listening any words from me and disconnecting the phone. More over, bill for refilled LPG is never been giving to the customer. These are all against the rules and ethic of the company.

However I am requesting your high honour that please investigates the matter in detail and do the needful sir. We have no any other way except you to submit our problem.

Bharat Gas / Lpg — Delay in delivery

This is a serious issue. i have booked my no. in the month of november but i have not received LPG cylinder till date even after continious complaining about the delay. My complaint No. is 1121. my consumer no. is 44886. bangalore with the name of Mr Sudhansu Gaur. we are under great trouble.

Bharat Gas — DELIVERY DELAY

Myself is Mr. Anirudh Biswas last month 17 Dec 2008 i booked my gas whose consumer number is 25663 from Vishnu Jyothi Gas Service ( Bharat Gas services), A-6, HIG Duplex, brij Vihar - Ghaziabad, i talk to manager so many times but the manager is always tell that ok today i am delivering but today is 8 jan 2009 and still i am waiting ... today is 22 days and still i am waiting, now tell me sir what can i do ? sometimes when i goes to book then they dont book my gas & says ur cyliender has been delieverd but i dont know where they deliver so i dont know what they are doing most time when i called up everytime i got the phone engage & when phone pick the nobody cares of that so it is a request to u plz do the needful action regarding thateven when i call months i m unable to get gas cyliender at time if i book a cyliender today then it takes minimum time of 1 week .

LPG — GAS

Sir,
we are facing lot of problem to book the Gas from Faridabad, M/S Sikha Agencies, they are not taking boking over telephone even if taking the booking deliver the gas after one week, up to deleviery we are follow up continuously.they are not lifting phone, if lifted then tell us that we have no electricity and we cant book now.

sir you are kindly requested to change my gas agencies from skiha agencies, faridabad to any other agencies or i will disconnect my connection take another one.

I have booked refilling on[protected] through central booking tel No. 25611260, once I complained to the service officer also, but till date I could not get the cylider. My consumer no. is 35549 with K-2 International, Madanpur Khadar, New Delhi-110076.

After many complaints the agency people is still delaying the delivery of LPG is very regrettable.
MOST OF THE GAS AGENCIES ARE HELP TO SALE LPG CYLINDERS IN BLACK MARKET; RATHER THAN GIVING TO CUSTOMERS!
I REQUEST SENIOR STAFF LIKE GENERAL MANAGER, DGM TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THE CULPRITS IMMEDIATELY!!!

Bharat LPG gas — gas not yet delivered

My name is Capt Nalin K das.My mob no is [protected]. I am resident of Mumbai. My mother stays in Ajmer, Himachal pradesh.Since She has been aged, i have booked personally LPG gas on 21-Feb-08 during my visit to my home at ajmer.
I have booked Gas at Ajmer, Vaishali nagar, gas agency branch.
Number provided by them was[protected]/ 2630954.
My mother stay at Chowdary Bhawan, Faisagar Road, behind Telephone exchange, Ajmer.
Her name is Smt Bhram Mohini Das.
But till date, gas has not been issued by the concerned person and relavant necessary document like Address and ID proof has been submitted on 21-Feb-08.
Pls take immediate action on the same, i cant see my mother bear so much trouble in an old age.
She lives over there with my brother 'Minto'.
Pls do the needful at the earliest.

I HAVE LPG CONNECTION NO.4809 WITH BAJRANGI GAS SERVICE KIDWAI NAGAR KANPUR (U.P.) I BOOKED A RIFFIL DT.03-02-09. BUT I HAVE NOT RECD REFILL TILL DATE.I HAVE REMIND MANY TIMES AGENCY STAFF PERSONELLY AND OWER TOO.PLEASE HELP ME.

Bhawani Indane gas distributors is not good behaviour & not good businessman. other man are deling & handling this agency. so Mr. gopal santhalia complain is true.

Dear Sir/ MAdam,
Bhawani Indane Gas agency supaul (Bihar) is not given home delevery and not cash recept any consumer, alway black to high price to hotal & blackier, small cylender refiling shop, and her behibiour not a good, please solved this problem
with difficulty, i got line to gas agency and I have booked for cylinder on 17 feb 09 (Waiting list No. 33170). I'm trying to the gas agency both the numbers are( 220049, 225516) busy always .Kindly look into this matter.see this is serious issue it is taking very long time. solve this issue.Please book my number SI 1371 which is in my name only Gopal Santhalia.

Bharat Gas LPG — Non delivery of LPG even after 1month of booking

Dear Sir,
The LPG is not delivered for my booking dated 13/02/09. The dealer in Calicut City keeps promising different date for the delivery of LPG. Now it has become difficult to contact dealer as both the telephones with them remains out of order. There is one month of delay after booking and nobody explains as to what went wrong to such indefinite delay in delivery of LPG. Kindly realise that the standered of your service has been deteriorated. In view of this may I request you to take necessary action for the delivery of LPG at the earliest.

i m amit leaving in delhi having connection of gas of bharatgas;7661, complained to bharatgas LPG department for misbehaving of agency person and denying for transfering my connection to my nearest distibuter as my current distributer if 20km away from my place.

shahi gas agensy situated at gopalganj, bihar is i think involve in black marketing of gas because according to proper way one family are getting cylinder in 3 months and it is easily avilable in market at the cost of 700.pls set a enqiry and take appropriate action aggainst them.

Bharat Gas — Delay in delivery

I am regular customer of Bharat Gas. My consumer No. is 47350 of Tirupati Gas Service Bhayender East Thane. I have book my refil on 13 July 2009 since i do not received till as on 28 July 2009. i personnaly visit at Gas Agency every time they answer cylender will deliver today.
I was booked on 27th of July 2009, they were supposed to deliver the cylinder on 2, 3 days.but not yet received the cylinder as on today & they are not picking up the phones also. What should i do? I am a working lady & i have no time to visited them everyday it is very difficult.( I am staying in Mira Road ),
Every time there is problem in getting the cylinder in time.
Kindly look in to these matter as a special case.
My consumer No is 12650 and the agency is City Gas, Jamshedpur.Everytime I have to wait for more than a month for refilled cylinder after booking.Whenever I enqire for the delay, the agency will give some or the other lame excuse.I am fedup off their delaying tactices and begging for your intervention by instructing the agency to issue me a2nd cylinder, so that the delays wont bother me
