Subject: DELAY IN DELIVERY OF REFILLED LPG

Sir,
I regret to inform you sir, the following facts for your kind consideration and sympathetic action please.

I got LPG domestic Bharat Gas connection from MP Gas Agency, Thachottukavu, Peyad.PO, Trivandrum, Code: 621848 on 10th May 2011 providing consumer No. 48437 with single cylinder facility and second cylinder on 08th November 2011..

Since then I am facing (not only me alone) a lot of problem for refilled LPG. The complete details of date-wise refilled LPG issued to me is appended below:-

Now we are waiting since last issue for the re-filled gas cylinder. But no positive steps has
since been taken by them. This matter regarding delay in supplying re-filled gas has been brought to the notice of the Teritory Manager, BPL refilled station Kazhakuttom through phone at various occasion and finally a registered letter has also been sent to them on 13th September 2012..But no action has since been taken by them to correct system of delivery of re-filled gas cylinder or not ever to acknowledge of registered letter..
It is also submitted your kind information that refilled LPG is readily available in open market in my locality by paying Rs.200-300 more. Every week I am contacting the above agency for refilled LPG on which dated are scheduled for my area. The ready made answer is “Next Saturday” and they are not even listening any words from me and disconnecting the phone. More over, bill for refilled LPG is never been giving to the customer. These are all against the rules and ethic of the company.

However I am requesting your high honour that please investigates the matter in detail and do the needful sir. We have no any other way except you to submit our problem.

My customer id= 26600 my name K Chandrababu , three weaks ago i booked my gas still not supplying they told bill not processed i live in city limit 2 km from gas supply please clarify this

sir i am a consumer of INDANE GAS company .my name is uma shankar mishra from bhubaneswar,state-ORRISA,I booked a gas in the date of 20april2010 ,in consumer nimber ' 19444 ' but stil your staff cant delivered it .they take 30 to days 40 toi delivered a gas .we shoud face toomuch problem in every booking .our distributer is klean gas agency ,from behind keshari talkies bbsr orrisa. plz help us sir to leaving our family. thanks.

Bharat Gas — Delay in delivery

Dear sir/mam,

I have booked the refill of bharat gas on 28/06/2010, my consumer no is 151659 .agency's name is Dev mogra gas service, mira road, but still i have not get the delevery, when i call on 1st of july, it was told to me that it will be delevered by next day, when i call on 6th of july it was told to me that their is no any booking so they are taking my booking, from 6th i am calling daily but no one is giving me proper responce, its a kind of big harrasment, pls do something

LPG Gas — gas deliver problem

My gas agency is Paradise Enterprise Gas Sher Afghan Baradari, Ballimaran, Chandni Chownk

I have booked my gas on 10 Aug 2010 but the gas cylinder have not receive till now. The Paradise agency is very poor for deliver the gas. I think the agency worker supply the gas in black.
I request you please check them and solve the problem.

But cylinder has not deliver on today[protected]. And be delay the reched cylinder always. Please do something otherwise our position will be bad. I hope you will do something earliest. I am having bharath gas connection with SHRI SATHYA SAI GAS SERVICE,Thiruvottiyur chennai-19

consumer no.10933.booked gas on 10.08.2010,till date,(06.10.2010).i have not received.also the phone

replying busy,its RAMZAN month for us (muslims) the abnormal delay of service made us mentally

diturbs during the routine life. i would to know is there any norms /period for booking the next cylinder,my

second cylinder also got mpty today.-mohammed

I krishan Gopal consumer no.194411 has booked for refill afer 21 days of waiting on 14 Dec2010. still my local gas agency is reluctant to deliver the refill, personnelly approched the agency and inquire still it will take 7 days, kindly lookinto the matter.

Bharat Gas — Delay in LPG refilling

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. SG-16141 in the name of Pravin Katkar at Shriram Gas, Wadgaon Bk, Sinhagad Rd, Pune on dt. 14/12/2010 but till today on 27/12/2010 have not recieved the cylinder yet. During booking distributor promises delivery within 8-10 days but everytime I am receiving it within 15-20 days. Also they are not allowing us to book next refilling before 15 days of earlier delivery which will add fixed delay of 15 Days. Kindly do the needful to streamline this process.

This complaint is regarding delivery of Bharat Gas cylinder.We have Booked a cylinder 15 days back i.e. on 14 of Dec 2010 .We have not recevied the same till now.We have called the respected agency for enquiry, but i had confirmation that the cylinder deliver today but till date cylinder not deliver.
so,please to take nesasary action in my distributor thank you

I had booked for gas on[protected] against booking no. 315 but until i have not received gas cylinder.
There is too much time spent between booking date to till now.
Next booking time have been also passed. Ageny is not ready to give any response i have tired to call again and again in agency.

So please submit my complaint and provide gas cylinder as soon as possible.

LPG — Delay in delivery of refill

It is very surprising to see at my complaint against the dealer at Hissar M/S National Gas Agency sent to you earlier is not redressed by now.
Again i am submitting my complaint for doing the needful immediately. my consumer ID is 4243 my refill order was booked on[protected] booking no. was 315. Dealer is neither picking up the phone nor giving any satisfactory reply.
